I purchased a 6-in-1 cavitation machine from this company, and overall, I had a good experience. At first, I thought one of the parts was missing, so I sent them an email to inquire. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and kindly they responded, showing a genuine willingness to help me resolve the issue.

In the end, I took a closer look at the box and realized that the part was indeed included—I simply hadn't seen it. Even so, I greatly appreciate the customer support they provide, as they were very attentive and efficient in their response.

All in all, I recommend this company for its excellent customer service and prompt communication.

First time customer. I purchased s shape with 30k and 50k machine. This machine has two handles one for cavitation the other one is vacuum. I have been using it half a month now about 2-3 times a week all over my body meaning: my underarms, my inner thighs and my abdomen. The machine is really easy to assemble and easy to use. Its very intuitive to understand. I can also tell that the machine is legit, its strong and feels professional. The results arent that visible yet but I one thing I can tell you so far that those areas are more tighter for sure. So with a regular usage I am sure that it will bring changes to my body. Also the customer service is very nice too! Overall, I dont regret buying this machine.

Mychway is the best!!! Thank you for customizing my machine. One of the trays was broken while en route for delivery. The tray was replaced and I received an extra one just in case. Amazing customer service!!!

I've contacted Customer Service to ask specific product questions and I've always received a friendly, detailed and helpful answer fast. They make it so easy to get help from an intelligent human: they don't make me jump through multiple AI hoops or make it difficult to find a help link on their website - I can also use WhatsApp to get immediate support.
I'll continue to be a customer forever - their prices are great, they offer really good promotions and sales and they sell incredible products.

I ordered this machine and our FedEx ground delivery left it at the end of my driveway on a busy highway. Unfortunately it disappeared. The customer service support was phenomenal and quick to respond thru every step. They helped solve the issue and am very satisfied. Its unfortunate they had to help through this due to delivery problems but they came out on top.

I would like to start by saying that I have purchased from this company in the past. I bought my first beauty sculpting machine 6 years ago. And the quality is great, strong and sturdy. I ordered a new machine in December and shortly I received a email keeping me in the loop that it was not in stock and that they had a few options for me. I’m glad they kept me in the loop , great customer service service and I had a few emails send out and crazy hours and Miya always responded with quick priority. They have a loyal customer here with me and I hope they continue to to make durable and strong machines.

I have lost 30 inches in 6 weeks with consistent use i use every 3 days, this over my entire body, I measured with a tape measure and body scan and the results were the same. I didn't believe it this was possible. I lost 3.8 inches on my upper waist alone. Consistency is the key, I have also incorporated better eating and exercise but I never expected results like this. 12 pounds of just fat.

Machine works great but the wand cavitation I only got to use it a bit and after the 3 months it doesn’t work well. I bought a cheaper device else where and works way better 3+ years and the Mychway Stand-Type 9-In-1 40K Cavitation Machine For Body & Facial Care machine I bought a few months ago here already having issues for the past months. And I can’t even find the replacement.
Taking my money quick and shipping was good just the device was not worth it.
