Purchased product from mychway and was confused about eta because my order had 2 products and one arrived early and I thought the second item was delivered elsewhere, well I had Calli respond quickly and she was amazing found out the product was on back order due to it’s popularity, she was able to find out all the information about my order and kept me updated as to when it would arrive. I recently shopped at MYCHWAY, and I was so impressed with all of their products that I honestly didn’t know which one to choose. Eventually I placed my order, but I already know for sure that I will be ordering again, especially after the amazing experience I had with their customer service.

Shortly after placing my order, I received a message from their team with a few necessary questions. I was pleasantly surprised that they informed me in advance about possible import taxes and customs duties. They even helped me look into what the expected customs costs might be in the country where I live before the order was shipped. That level of care and transparency is truly impressive.

Amazing service I’ve been buying from my myChway for over 15 years and never had a problem and if I ever had a question they always get back to you right away and help resolve them.

I had no issues with communicating with the reps. Despite the time difference, they always follow up and the beginning of their business day. It takes time to have a detailed conversation there’s a time gap, but the do not let hit hinder them from assisting you.

Very responsive and nice!! Took me maybe 30 mins to really get used to the machine and understand how it works I have really been enjoying it so far! took about a week to get here & I didn’t do expedited shipping!

Excelente servicio de respuesta por parte de myChway y de envío. En mi caso compre por linea el equipo de hidro dermoabrasión, pero no me llegaron las puntas. Me puse en contacto con la compañía y en seguida me dieron un servicio de 10, a la semana y media me llegaron mis puntas sin ningún problema. I recently purchased two machines, and
while one arrived with a minor cosmetic
issue specifically, three of the laser pad holders did not seat correctly--it did not affect the machine's functionality. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Callie.
Callie was incredibly professional
responsive, and helpful. Not only did she quickly arrange for the replacement
holders to be sent. but she also included two additional laser pads as a courtesy.
