Shipping was so quick! I have used the machine twice and I haven’t noticed a difference yet

Miya, has been great throughout this interaction. I had a few small shipping issues and Miya stated in constant contact with to make sure I was updated on the progress as well provided me a $40 refund because of the issues I was experienced.

I never received the item, I’ve tried to contact them but no answer. Take your business else where.

Very excited to start using my equipment. Thanks! I have no confirmation email of my purchase, the purchase notice only has an order number and have no idea regarding shipping. I tried live chat ane whatsapp, and no answer whatsoever.

I ordered 3 items from mychway. I received 2/3 items in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, one of my items was lost in the delivery process. I contacted customer service, and Amelia was my representative. She kindly assisted me in replacing the lost item expeditiously. I appreciated the fact that she was able to help me in such an effective manner. She was very helpful. Thank you so much. 10/10 would recommend mychway to a friend despite the inconvenience in one of my packages due to the amazing customer service.

I ordered a 6 in 1 cavitation machine a week ago and no tracking number no reply from the live chat as to when or even IF I’ll receive my order. I think I’ve been scammed. Supposedly, they deliver within 3 - 5 business days after your order but it’s been 6 and I don’t even have a tracking number. They sent me a email with YouTube links for how to operate the machine and a “manual” that turned out to be a broken link. So, no tracking number, no machine, no manual & no response. Also, I just noticed various “MyChWay” profiles. There’s mychway.com, mychway.shop & mychway.online. So, which is the real one? Beware.
UPDATE: I finally got the cavitation machine on 7/6/25. Once this review went up, I was contacted by someone from MyChWay's customer service department who explained that shipping was delayed because the particular machine I ordered was out of stock and new stock was coming it. My delivery was supposed to come sooner than 7/6 but there was some delay on FedEx's end so that's not their fault. Set up pretty easy and I used it as soon as I got it. Now, time to wait for results.

My 9 in 1 device came in the mail in 3 days. Nothing was broken or missing. I am waiting for the gel to arrive. I am looking forward to using it and getting the results as promised!

Thanks to my customer service representative, Amelia, who was so professional, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure that I received my 6 in 1 Cavitation machine. I haven't used the machine yet, but it appears to have arrived in perfect condition.

Amazing customer service! Best I've ever experienced

I had Amelia as my representative and she did amazing. She was quick to respond to my emails. And very quick to fix MY mistake I had made with the zip code. My zip code auto populated to my last address, I didn’t catch until delivery was attempted. I wrote her the next day she had the mistake fixed. Truly amazing with her quick customer service.
I am also very statisfied with my S-shape machine. I give my clients immediate results with this machine with just one treatment and so thankful I was able to find the handle I needed to be replaced (nothing wrong with the machine, we moved it, and didn’t take the handles apart, one snapped, our mistake! Not the machine). Very satisfied with my purchase (3 years ago originally)!

My first time ordering anything from this company. 9 in 1 cavitation machine 40k was easy to assemble looks great and works great but I won't be ordering again because it took so long fedex sucks maybe if they used a different shipping company I would consider but prices are great at your company.
