This was my 3rd order on Mychway.com. There was a delay in receiving my order, which is unusual for them, but Miya in Customer Service checked in with me regularly, and kept me thoroughly informed. She was very kind and professional, and I had no concerns. I received my machine and am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the company, as usual. I highly recommend them!

Shipping arrived within 3 business days, which was super fast. Customer service was excellent—they responded very promptly and were very respectful throughout the process. You can tell they really care about their customers. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely purchase from this company again.

ordering was simple, the lady i chatted with was so patient and helpful. my products came quickly and although I have not had a chance to use them all yet I know they stand behind their products. I will be ordering from here again. I just wish they has prices in canadian funds as well.

I ordered a 7 in 1 profession cavitation / body contouring unit . Upon arrival it was non functional. I contacted the company and they responded promptly and issued a new unit immediately! I will continue to purchase equipment from mychway in the future.

Custom Service was great. I had a minor technical issue with my machine and they were very diligent about getting it resolved for me. I appreciate their patience and support in dealing with my issue.

My first concern is one of my banks wouldn't allow me to purchase because it said it was from China.
With that in mind, I was now more concerned on whether I would spend that large amount of money, if I'd receive the product (I've had that issue in the past with other companies in China). After researching the company and reading many glowing reviews, I decided to try it. I transferred money to a different account and I was able to purchase the laser lipo machine. To my surprise, it came from the upstate area (New Jersey, I believe). Miya stayed in contact via email to let me know the status of my package and I was able to track it. I felt a lot more comfortable that it wasn't a scam.
I received the package with no issues. I did have to sign for it. I set the machine up with easy today and tried it for the first time. Everything worked great. I had previously been working with a doctor using their laser lipo machine and their's worked great. I am hoping this product will work well in time also. The machine is very easy to use.
I did not realize the product came with the elastic belts to hold the paddles in place, so I had ordered some locally. I was also concerned if it was the typically 3 prong US outlet (It is). They also sent me a nice "thank you" gift, what a nice bonus that i wasn't expecting!
I'll come back in a month or so to review if the machine works as well as the one at the doctor's office did.

I received a machine that didnt work and the customer service team was so friendly and helpful. They got me a new working machine very quickly, were super responsive and communicative. They answer all questions you have about operation as well. The new machine works great, I would definitely buy from them again!

Although my package was delayed due to it being temporarily out of stock the customer service team was amazing ! They kept me updated on the package via email and honestly when customer service is great but my package is delayed thats still a 10/10 from me !

I purchased my laser 3/11. Not only did it say “us stock” it was indeed from China. It took over 6 weeks to get to me and when it did they originally gave incorrect shipping information.
I have reached out several times and their 24/7 support is also false advertising.
When my laser arrived it has no user manual or training instructions as promised. I have reached out via email and phone several times for these things and been ignored completely.
0/10 would NOT RECOMMEND

First time customer. I purchased s shape with 30k and 50k machine. This machine has two handles one for cavitation the other one is vacuum. I have been using it half a month now about 2-3 times a week all over my body meaning: my underarms, my inner thighs and my abdomen. The machine is really easy to assemble and easy to use. Its very intuitive to understand. I can also tell that the machine is legit, its strong and feels professional. The results arent that visible yet but I one thing I can tell you so far that those areas are more tighter for sure. So with a regular usage I am sure that it will bring changes to my body. Also the customer service is very nice too! Overall, I dont regret buying this machine.
