Machines are great and worth every penny! And customer service is excellent!! They promptly helped me with troubleshooting my machine, and we figured it out that I needed to wash two tiny filters. Now everything is like new!!

My experience with support team member, Amelia, has been great. I contacted in regards to shipping information and she quickly responded informing me that my machine would be sent out as soon as possible. I ordered the 6 in 1 slimming machine from mychadway a few weeks ago. I had some issues placing the order initially however, the customer service was great and communicated with my via WhatsApp. The product arrived really well wrapped and all components of the machine were included. The machine looks o high quality!

Recently my Lipo machine BEST 160 needed an upgrade and she took care of everything. The video she sent me showed me exactly how to do the upgrade myself and my machine is working great! I’m a health coach and my business is growing. Lipo laser is a huge hit! I’m needing to order a second machine and upon Varys suggestion I’m upgrading to 6D Lipo Laser Pads Machine With 6 Wavelengths 12 160mW. My clients are super excited to try this!
