Be aware - this company is a scam. The item they sent does not look as advertised and the quality is very poor. They potentially agreed to take it back, however I had to send it to China with registered mail (their condition) making it more expensive than merchandise I paid for. I tried to provide my feedback on the website but - surprise! - there is no link to leave a review. Regretfully, now after I googled the company, I see that most of the customers had the same experience.

This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a pair of pants that were supposed to be fleeced line. They did not send me what I ordered. So I emailed and asked them to send me a return label. They never sent me a return label and said to send it back myself. Why should I send them back when they sent the wrong pants. It was totally there fault and they didn't take any responsibility for it. Now I am out $43.00. It would have cost me $45.00 to return them so it could be tracked. Needless to say, I didn't do that!

pros: i got my order. the pants were kind of nice.

cons:
* sizing is crazy: size large didn't fit me (I wear size 4 or 6).
* delivery: it took more than a month to get my delivery.
* infuriating communication: correspondence to attempt to get a refund was a cycle of me emailing then-them sending standard response and not addressing my issue... that went on for 4 cycles before I filled a complaint w PayPal. finally I got an offer for 1/2 purchase price and keep the pants ...or ... return them but, that came w a warning that it's very expensive to return them because I'll have to ship them back to China. they didn't tell me what the cost would be. to find that out, I'd have to reject their offer so, I didn't get to compare the options.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 or zero because... after 3 weeks of back and forth and a threat from paypal, they actually did come thru w at least *some* refund.

recommend: totally AVOID this company unless you are 100% sure you'll love and fit what you're ordering.

Do not buy from this company. It is not based in USA and you may never receive your order. I ordered on Dec 25 2024 and have yet to receive my order, it is now February 2025. No phone number to call. Automated email replies that get you nowhere. The website is misleading, you think it’s an American company then you order and get Chinese Japanese shipping information. Do not waste your money on this website.

Edit* February 20 they arrived. And I received the wrong order. Ordered fleece lined jeans, got regular jeans, no fleece. Terrible company. Completely incompetent.

HORRIBLE AND UNSCRUPULOUS!!!
Do NOT do business with this company. Despite what they say online in their Returns Policy, they refused to provide me with a prepaid return label; they "conveniently" moved their warehouse to China; and required customers to pay return shipping back to China! My order totaled over $500 and weighed more than 20 lbs - any idea what the cost to return it to China ??????

Can not find an avenue to return pants that do not fit.
They can go out of business that's how they can improve.
Call customer service using the phone number off there website. The phone number was disconnected.

Look out! A BIG RED FLAG WITH THIS COMPANY!! It took 3-4 weeks to get my pants and when I got them they were way too small. I looked online to see if I made a mistake. Well the inseam said 32 inches with my order and these pants that were sent were 25 in inseams. I ordered women's pants but got children's pants. I emailed for an exchange and I kept getting this automated response. No one ever contacted me like the automated response said. MAJOR SCAM!!!! I even replied to the automated email with a picture of the label and I got the same automated response sent to me again. I sent another correspondence and I got the same automated response again. There is no customer support at all with this company. I guess I will have to donate these $50.00 pants to Goodwill.

The poorest quality joggers ever. The pants delivered were not the same as advertised. PAPER THIN. I was offered 50% off if I kept them. They would still be overpriced. Stay away from this company.

I would give these Scumbags Zero stars. Run don't walk when you see their garbage products. Nothing like what was listed. Paid $40 for a $5 pair of pants that were absolutely nothing like they showed online. Do not trust them

WORST COMPANY EVER. Ordered December 3rd didn’t receive until January 15th. Item did not fit contacted them for a return. They want me to send proof of the size I ordered, get out a tape measure and get measurements, see a picture of the item next to another the same size for comparison and maybe they will give me a partial refund or store credit. What a ripoff. Stay clear of this shady company

Worst company ever! Ordered in Dec took a month. Don’t need them any more. No way to return and not answering emails! When it was taking them so long to ship I also tried to cancel!

Shortly before Christmas I placed an order for one pair of mycomftypants to be sent to my daughter. I received a confirmation and within seconds received a second
confirmation with another order #. I replied back and they assured me they would cancel one. A few weeks later she received ONE order...BUT with TWO Pairs of the pants. They were Asian sized and way too small. I have sent several emails re returning these, and have received six form letters discussing their customer service, but absolutely no info re where or how to return!

Ordered the high rise wide leg control pants in khaki. The inseam is too short. I’m only 5’7”. When I tried to request a return, I was told that because their shipping warehouse was in China, it would cost too much but they could provide a 15% discount.

I ordered this pants in early Dec but didn’t receive them until Jan 10th. Since I no longer needed them I asked for a refund via email 4 different times. They have ignored my emails and refuse to refund my money.

I strongly recommend you do not order from this company.

I received an email saying I had to add more to my review or they will have to deem it fake. This review came from a real person who ordered a pair of pants. Not only was it delayed and I no longer needed them, also they were very small for the size. I asked for a refund 4 times then finally chalked it up to a lesson learned. I donated the pants after contacting them the fourth time so when they did reach out, I no longer had the pants.

As I said, stay away from this company. Product is not has advertised. Cheaply made.

This is a total FRAUD. I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed them a couple of times and received no response. I just now noticed they are using the same photo of the item I ordered as JCREW.
