Ordered snow pants on Dec 17th 2024. Only email sent was that the order was received. They have not arrived and no notification of shipping. Good news, It appears they have not charged my credit card. Better off going somewhere else.

Ordered pants and at the 3 week window, I emailed the company asking for a follow-up and got nothing but some intangible, poorly written email. I got scammed, it's my fault, but I hope no one orders from this company. It is upsetting that this was one of the top options that Google listed when I was looking up the desired item.

Have not received a conformation that I even ordered pants. But they charged my card right away !!!! Can't get ahold of them either !

Less than a 1!!!!!! This company is a scam!!! I ordered jeans and they are paper thin no tags or anything on them! I have yet to hear anything from these frauds to return their shitty product.

Wasn't sure if the site was a scam, so I looked up their "Waterproof And Insulated Women's Pants" on amazon by searching 'ex-stretch insulated pants' I found the same pants selling in the same colors by a store named Postropaky. With all the missing orders from mycomfypants, I won't be risking my money. I'll buy from the amazon seller instead.

Ordered in early December and still dont have a shipping date. They are a scam.

Less than one star. No goods sent three weeks after expedited shipping paid. Lots of rubbishy emails to tell me how much they care but nothing sent even after three follow-up emails. Foolish to have let fake pictures lead my impulsive spend. The name gives it away as this is a scam directly from China.

Cannot get through with email it suggests to notify them. Bought jeans in my size. They are too tight. The pants are made of a super thin, like paper, material. Never saw anything or touched a material like this.this . Money lost and there is no customer service. Via email and no telephone #. Save your money. Buy with a reputable company.

Waited 23 days for delivery. To find out they are 2 sizes to small. And they have a non active phone number

I placed an order 10 days ago and have heard nothing!! I have emailed them several times and although they respond they don’t tell me anything about my order!! They were very quick to debit my bank account!!

Do not waste your money! Tried to return pants because they shipped the wrong size. Customer service number doesn’t work. Email link doesn’t go anywhere. Can’t get a return label to save your souls. I’m out $50. Lesson learned! Never buy from this company again! Dishonest!

I received 2 pairs of jeans that were not even close to the colors I ordered. I reached out to them with photos of the jeans and they responded with a response that they would get back to me and they never did. I ended up donating the jeans because they were NOT the colors I ordered. I’ll stick with the free people barrel jeans and never buy from My Comfy Pants again.

These guys are a scam!! Don’t waste your money. I purchased jeans with patch pockets, they sent me regular jeans and refused to exchange. Then they suggested I should pay for return snipping, when their website clearly states they willl send the customer a shipping label. Their return policy is fiction, just don’t bother. Untrustworthy.

After ordering a pair of cargo pants less than 24 hours ago I found this site. Wish I had done my research before hand. Attempting to cancel the order and obtain a refund. I emailed them first and If they don’t respond I will dispute the charge through PayPal. Thanks for taking the time to post these negative reviews. Calling my bank this morning. Lesson learned!

They don't send you anything? Order from them and you get nothing. You pay money and get nothing. I dont know who they are or what but they are obviously
scammers. Ordered my pants November 8th received nothing but a charge. Canceling charges on Monday because the obviously do not have any products to send anyone. THIS IS WHY WE NEED REGULATIONS! They charge you but have no pants to send you.

Item we received was not as described on website. Customer service is awful! Return shipping to China and they DO NOT provide a return shipping label. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Pants are 2 sizes to small from the size their suppose to be. Material is tacky and not even hemmed. And sending them pictures of my own pants that size is a home.
