Horrible customer service - does not abide by their own return policies on the website, customer service number does not work. Don’t Buy! Be warned! If you need to return you are shipping to CHINA! A 20% refund is not sufficient option is a joke.

I would give this company zero stars! Horrible customer service. Tracking numbers never worked. Finally got the pants and they looked nothing like what I ordered. They smelled musty and had no tags on them. I wanted to return them and they want me to send them to China! Had I known I was buying a product from China I would not have placed an order. Stay away from this company! You will not be satisfied. Learn from my mistake.

I wish I would have found these reviews before ordering from this website!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!! I ordered a pair of blue jean overalls and was so excited to get them. When I opened my order it was a flimsy silk/polyester onesie that looked like denim!!!! I'M PISSED. The original price on the overalls was $80 and was on sale for $29, I should have known better!!!

Worst purchase ever. Took forever to receive the order. Sizing is all wrong. Material is substandard and to top it off, there's no return label!

Ordered 5x, received 3x and was told the size converts to 3x in American sizing. That is a lie, I wear a 3x American and they fit like leggings. Then they want to refund 50% of the purchase and refuse to take it back to unless you pay for shipping to China. Best you can do is order thru Amazon; otherwise, like me you'll be kicking yourself for falling for this scammer.

I ordered 2 pairs of cargo pants listed as having a 34” inseam. When received the actual inseam length was 27”. They requested I send a pic for proof and I did. The waist sizing was also wrong. The material is cheap. I have tried to get a resolution and a refund. They only offered 5% and I have to pay for the shipping back to China! Nope! They falsely advertised and refuse to issue a dissatisfied customer a full refund for a misadvertised product! Don’t order this junk!

I ordered two pairs of pants and waited with anticipation for them to come. It took almost a month for them to arrive. When they finally arrived I was very disappointed with the quality and fit. I wear an 8 or 10 in most pants. With Comfy pants I ordered a large. The pants were very tight and looked horrible on me. The quality of the material is also very cheap. I immediately contacted the vendor and they indicated I had two choices. I could have a 15% discount or I would need to send the items back to China even though the order came from Melville, NY for a full refund. I also would need to add tracking to the order. That cost was astronomical so I reached back out to the company and they then offered to send an XL however I would still need to send back the items to China.
Seriously ridiculous; DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. They are a RIP OFF.

Bought large and xl pants. I got large and medium. They tried to tell me the tag is a misprint and are truly xl. Ah, no they aren't as they are smaller than the large. Then hastled me about exchanging them so I asked for a refund and would send back the pants. They said I would pay for return shipping and I would lose original shipping and didn't trust they'd give me my money back so I agreed to a 70% refund. SCAMMERS from overseas!!!

If there was a minus 10 this company would get that! It’s been 22 days and I still haven’t seen my order!!! When contacting them all they tell me is
“ITS ON ITS WAY!” .. they need to be reported.

My order was not filled correctly, one item that I PAID for was left out! And there is no way to contact these people or firm, they are like a ghost company! I will never purchase anything from them ever again! Shame Shame Shame! The tracking company just say they delivered a package, & yeah, but an item was missing! I'M MISSING $25.00

Scam. I ordered Judy Blue jeans. They are fake. There are no labels or tags, the material is not normal for the brand and sizing is ridiculous. They came from China and the website appears to be stealing pictures of real merch to place on their low quality fakes.

Unbelievably poor quality. Have been trying to return for weeks now; however, company is slow to respond, evasive and provides false information. (After pushing hard for actual return instructions, I was given an invalid mailing address. But just for reference, shipping back to that area in China would cost over 3x the purchase price. This is a scam store. DO NOT purchase from here. Emails come from Premier Trust Store. They likely have other consumer-facing fronts.

Do not buy anything from this company, they are a scam! It ships from China and returns are made to China. I ordered two pairs of jeans and after many weeks, only one pair showed up. They were NOTHING like what they had pictured on their website. The denim is thin, very thin, and they are poorly made. I inquired about a refund and the company’s response is below.

However, we'd like to offer you 15% partial refund credited to your original payment method or the 25% gift card amounting to the amount of the item to keep the product. We are committed to accommodating your preference and ensuring your satisfaction.”

Buyer beware. Terrible company! If you need to refund you need to send to China. Where are their refund policy does it state this, nowhere. They have no customer service support telephone line and they don’t answer. It is busy day and night.

I followed the size guidelines on their website and pants arrived MUCH too large and poor quality material. They ship from China and that’s where you must pay to return them. Shipping is at your expense and your refund is less the original shipping cost. My total refund would’ve only been $3 so I just kept the unusable pants rather than go through the hassle. Don’t waste your money with this company

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. They have no customer service. The reviews that you see coming through their Ads must be false. I tried to go to the website to leave a review and was not able to. I bought 4 pairs of pants. Two of them are fine, two don't fit. I called the number on their website. It is not a legitimate customer service number. I have emailed the company 4 times and received NO follow up email. This company is a scam. Stay far away from My Comfy Pant.

I purchased pants that were too large. they did not have a typical method for returns or exchanges and asked to send a message to an email. never received a reply. I followed up again realizing that I still had the pants and they replied and asked for photos etc. I was suspect then. Now they tell me it's outside of return policy and I'm stuck with a pair of pants that are too large. Their entire approach to returns/refunds is highly unusual. Dont do business with them!!!

Be aware that although they claim to be an American company they make and ship from China as they told me when I asked to replace two pair of pants that were the wrong size. The most they would offer me was 15% on any new purchases and that I would have to pay for shipping and wait up to 6 weeks for replacement. I won’t be doing that but I did want to make sure ladies know the pants do not have the advertised stretch so if you do order from this site be sure and size up, I’m stuck with $80 worth of useless to me product.
