Decided not to pursue the final signing of a IVA shock horror stilll took £170 out my account told me they would refund. STILL WAITING!!

I spoke to my debt plan and decided to not continue with them!!!!! as they aren’t registered on the GOV debt website. But today they’ve just taken £95 out of my bank?!!!!! So now I’m down nearly a hundred quid and also had to cancel my bank card !!!!! SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT !!!!!!!!!

Please avoid this terrible company with a barge pole. My husband and i were informed that an IVA would stop all contact with creditors.
We received our council tax bill today only to find that last years debt,which MY DEBT PLAN, assured us would be included in our IVA is subject to court proceedings.
Anyone know how to stop this scam company from harassing us for weekly payments please
