No accountability!
Received my reply and i’m baffled so why was i told it was included in the £640.50 how ridiculous? We wasnt told that our £40 was non refundable aswell, customers should of been alerted I was present for when Cameron attended the property i wasn’t present when my mother was reading anything on HER phone. That was verbal communication who in their right mind would pay £255 for a fitting for a floor?in a tiny room? What if your customer cant read english or cant read properly in general have u thought of that? Some ppl dont have someone else to read for them? What an idiotic response i’m sorry but how ridiculous its not in your agreement its told after when u accept what date your going to attend to do the fitting😂, however i have read your reviews and that is absolutely not the first time she’s been rude so i doubt you give good training. Absolutely scam of a company, you’ve been charging your customers for measuring too? We wasn’t charged so that definitely means your a scam!!!!!!!!! Oh and our experience also suggests that,I do not require another reply unless its to accept your faults as a”company”.

didn't tidy up afterwards
the guys were a laugh, but the didn't clean up after themselves and left all the cutoffs, rubbish for me to get rid off and I don't drive, plus they left surplus cutoffs upstairs after doing the stairs carpets
