The lads were excellent with communication and delivery / assembly. Would happily use them again when im next looking for equipment or servicing of equipment.

We had our Peloton Tread delivered mid May. All seemed fine to begin with but three months later the Peloton won’t turn on and the product is out of the 30 day warranty. I can’t say whether or not the company knew that the treadmill was faulty but the 30 day warranty is pretty useless and now we’re significantly out of pocket. I’d avoid and just buy from the Peloton website - can at least get an extended warranty that way. Such a shame.

Purchased a WATTBIKE ICON from My Gym Equipment and couldn’t be happier with it.

The bike arrived promptly, as described, and works perfectly. I’m so pleased with it.

Service from MGE & Aston was flawless — prompt, responsive, efficient, friendly.

Only side note is the delivery team were a bit rushed and the bottle holder was damaged during travel — Aston immediately offered to send a replacement for it. Again super efficient and responsive.

Will definitely use My Gym Equipment again if I need more gear.

I have a peloton bike at home and recently bought a new peloton tread, but also wanted a bike for my partners garage (to go with the tread). I came across this site, very reasonable price inc. Delivery which was amazing.
Fast delivery (4 days), well bubble wrapped for journey and in excellent condition.
Just needed to tighten the screws on the back panel but all in good working order, well worth it.

Aston was so responsive to my queries and really helpful, I was sent a video and photos of my product before delivery, and it came really well wrapped and with all necessary accompaniments in a handy bag. I'd highly recommend using Mygymequipment.com to anyone. If only all my customer service dealings were as excellent as my experience with Aston and his team!

Absolutely fantastic service ! When I originally ordered my wattbike I was initially very worried as the money did not seem to be processing and at first I did think I had been scammed ! However after speaking to Aston who I was Very rude to at first as I thought I had been scammed , he was amazing ! He gave me regular updates as he had been trying to sort the issue his end as their was an issue between PayPal and shoplify . After around 30 days once the PayPal refund processed Aston offered to come to my house in person and deliver the bike bearing in mind I lived about 4 hours away ! He stuck to his word came all way to my house at an agreed time and even brought bike into my house ! I simply just transferred money there and then via bank much more simple ! What an amazing young man , would highly recommend, if you are considering buying gym equipment buy from Aston at my gym equipment! Having had the bike now for a few weeks it is of amazing quality and In such good condition ! Thankyou Aston and your team ! All I can say is never a
using PayPal again as they are absolutely bloody useless !

Bought a Wattbike Pro.
I was initially concerned about buying a Wattbike Pro from a company I hadn't used before, but I had no reason to worry.
The service was excellent from start to finish. The bike arrived exactly as described, and communication throughout the process was superb, particularly from Aston, who kept me well informed at every stage.
Delivery was arranged as promised, with the driver arriving punctually and on time. The bike was also extremely well packaged and protected for transit.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Good experience from end to end. Effective and fast customer service, and excellent prices on usually expensive phys kit. Was very happy buying with Aston and would happily to so again. Probably the best priced and easiest way to buy and sell used cardio kit online.

Aston from MyGymEquipment was excellent from start to finish. He turned up exactly when he said he would and relocated my Peloton Tread to my new outdoor gym with no issues at all.

These machines can be quite temperamental to move, so I specifically wanted someone experienced — and it showed. Everything was handled carefully and professionally, and he even gave the tread a clean before leaving, which was a great touch.

Bike is in excellent condition, almost like new, with upgraded handlebars and seat! Video of bike was sent before dispatch and delivery was on schedule. I would recommend buying from this website-they really do care about their products and customers!

Bought a peloton tread. Wasn’t one in stock so had to wait a couple of weeks but comms was good. Wait was well worth it. Arrived very well wrapped and in great condition. Have been using for a few days now and it’s perfect. Exactly what we wanted. Aston is great. Sent a full vid of the tread from the workshop before sending with a shot of the wrapped up machine. Really happy with this company and would absolutely use them again with no hesitation!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I’ll admit I was a bit sceptical at first because the price was so good – almost half price versus new. However, the whole process was flawless.

Delivery was prompt, the packaging was excellent, and the bike itself arrived in absolutely perfect condition – honestly 10/10.
