Great product, quick service!
Looked to buy a second hand Watbike from market place but ended up buying a reconditioned bike through my gym equipment, the price was more or less the same but came with warranty and a newly serviced bike 10/10

Peloton Bike+. To start with the bike looks like new. Communication was excellent and Aston reassured me, by answering all my tiresome questions, that parting with a reasonable amount of money on something I hadn’t seen was a safe bet and he was correct. Love the bike, love the service and would have no hesitation in making another purchase from Aston and also recommending him to anyone.

I bought a wattbike atom from my gym equipment. Excellent communication from Aston. Absolutely love the bike. I thought the bike had a slight issue after a few times using it. Aston was even going to come and sort it out for me. All that was needed was to collaborate the bike in the end, but the offer to come and sort it was very grateful. Would definitely buy other equipment from Aston in future. A ski erg is on my list.

Aston came late yesterday to service my Wattbike had all spare required parts to get my Wattbike back running like new. Great service would highly recommend this company

Very pleased with my experience with Aston and my Wattbike. To be honest I was sceptical, so wanted to see the bike and do the purchase face to face. It was all genuine. Aston helped me change the pedals and get set up. A 250 mile round trip worthwhile. As I now have a bike that is almost perfect. Thank you.

Originally tried to buy a Watt bike on eBay but was outbid. Came across my gym equipment site and paid less than the winning eBay bid and it came with delivery.
Arrived well wrapped. Condition was superb with very low usage (26 hours) so practically new. Communication on order, delivery very good.
So great price, great condition, great customer service. What's not to like.

Very helpful with great communication throughout the whole process

Purchased a rowing machine from Aston 4 weeks ago. Communication was very good but that’s about all. The machine I chose was a rowerg as having done my research I realised this was only released in 2021 so I expected it to be in decent condition. The machine I was sent was a model D (possibly produced as far back as the 90’s) and had 12 million meters and 16000 workout towed on it average (with around 15 workouts a day being rowed on it). It also had quite a bit of cosmetic damage. After contacting Aston about this I got told it’s industry standard to put pictures of a stock model (of a different model of machine) on the website and sell a different model to the customer, which is lies and he didn’t even comment on the fact it was almost certainly a commercial gym product when his website says explicitly that it’s not.
I’ve never left a review or complaint in my life but this is just a warning to make sure you know what you’re buying. Even though I got a video pre shipment, it very cleverly did not show the model under the seat or the summary of distance rowed. Im not sure if this was intentional or an accident but given his attitude to a return I’m inclined to think the former.
Finally I chose to arrange the postage of the machine which was perfect with parcelforce @£35 and not £100.
I’m sad to have had to write this review as everyone else seems to have had a good experience and I hope all future customers continue to.
