I love the fact that my knees are hurting less.
I love the fact that my knees are hurting so much less after I had total knee replacement surgery on both. I had them replaced last year and the pain never went away until I started using the Total Relief cream on them. now I am able to walk long distances without pain from them.

Service is quick and efficient!
I've never had any problems with orders arriving on time, even when it's close!
A few times, there were some issues with "defective" applicators or disks. They were replaced quickly, and, when appropriate, directions for returning the defective parts were given-ckearly and effectively.
I dislike having to have those conversations, but everyone has been polite, helpful, and efficient. It's a pleasure to deal with you!

I did not know I was buying a…
I did not know I was buying a subscription until I started receiving multiple orders. All I wanted to do was try the product. I reached out to the company who tried to give me the third order at a discount and cancel the subscription afterward. I explained my situation and Randy canceled the third order and the subscription and refunded the charges for the third order. I now have 6 jars of the product so have plenty of opportunity to see if it works. Thank you Randy.

At first I was skeptical about trying…
At first I was skeptical about trying this item, but after getting some to try I couldn’t believe the relief I got from it. I suffer with pain on a daily basis and weather is definitely a factor. I was a little disappointed that the jars were not as big as shown in the ad, however this stuff really works!
I had relief! Within just a couple of minutes I was no longer stiff. It took a little longer for my feet, but I'm super happy with the product!

I like the product, I do not like their practice of collection. I ordered the buy 2 get one and paid, then before the windows closed it was "wait we have a newer version of the cream for 10.00" I ordered it to try as well. I never got a total for that transaction. I immediately went into my bank to discover that I had been charged the initial 60.00 something and then another 212.00. I contacted them right then and asked for a refund. Several emails later, offering me a 20% discount only, when I refused, I received a smug email basically saying to bad so sad. I was told I could return the original purchased buy 2 get 1 free but not the upsale. All of the bottles I received are exactly the same!! There is no difference in the formula. Customer service sucks!!
