Lack of Communication, false promises
A simple order of a sake set. Had to keep chasing for responses as there was no communication as to when my order was going to be shipped. Each response from an email was extremely slow which gave me no confidence that they could deliver. When I suggested that unless I hear from them I would like to cancel my order they finally responded (slowly) to say that they would be able to send a tracking number that week.
Giving them a final chance to put this right, I accepted this. Today, I wrote again to ask why they hadn’t kept their promise to give me a tracking number within a week. Of course, it was a false promise and nothing was forthcoming, so I decide to cancel the order. Admittedly they cancelled the order straight away and returned the funds (although I don’t have them in my account yet).
A serious waste of time to deal with and absolutely not worth the stress.

PURE BS!
What I got were cheap replicas with one still bearing the “Made in China” sticker.

Ordered a tatami mattress and what has arrived looks like nothing whats shown in the photos, obviously poor quality and I would have never paid over £200 for it if I knew they’d send this… as all other reviews indicate, this is a scam, theyre reselling low quality items advertised as high quality. SHAME ON YOU

Poor quality Chinese product, thought I was getting a quality Japanese product as the price was very high. Don’t want to return item as it was a Christmas present for my kids. Won’t use the site again.
