Hard to know the size if u have not a tape beside u,.. perhaps showing it beside an average hand size would be useful. It was my mistake, I actually ordered from estimation... 😆 Wouldn't advise it!... Toon meer

Shinigawa Sake set

Excellently made- sits well in the hand, light as a feather but with the most elegant balance, made with the respect and care with which sake deserves to be imbibed.

Terrible experience

Ordered a couple of chairs nearly 6 weeks ago, still have not received. Tracking link from customer service shows movement through the system—shipped from CHINA, when the company is in London and I assumed would be shipped from there!—but not enough detail for me to know exactly where it is, just generic updates like "plane has landed" and "airline departure" but actual location not given. I am so disappointed in this experience, had I known the items would take so long to arrive I never would have ordered from this company. As it is, I still have not received my order and despite the customer service agent's reassurances, I don't know if I ever will.

EDIT: I finally received the chairs a couple days ago. They are OK, but not really worth the time and hassle. The seat cushions were covered in plastic that was hard to remove (I think it is intended to stay on the cushion but would be unpleasant to sit on) and I don't like the color or cheap fabric of the cushions. All in all, I'm not thrilled with my purchase but no way am I going to try to return them for a refund, given how long it took to receive them. Won't be buying from this shop again.

Indeed, we are sorry for your bad shopping experience and we work every day so that something like this does not happen again.

Because the chairs you purchased had to be made to order, the manufacturer delayed shipping more than expected and we are very sorry because we were also more days late than expected in shipping.

That being said, you can completely trust us and that you will receive your order. You will see how soon the package arrives in your country and will be delivered to your home by USPS.

We are sure that you will be very happy with these chairs that you have purchased and the wait will be worth it, although right now we totally understand your discontent.

In any case, you can contact us and we will inform you of the status of your shipment and if the package has finally been lost or damaged in transit, we will make a new shipment or refund your purchase.

You will never lose your money, your purchase is safe with MJH.

We regret your dissatisfaction with these chairs and as we have told you, if you do not like them, you can return them for free.

We have sold thousands of these chairs and customers have always been happy with their purchases.

As we told you, understand that sometimes these chair orders are made to order and may be delayed a few days in delivery (it also depends on the location of the clients because we ship to many countries).

Honestly, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us and make a return and refund or if the product is defective, we can also send you a new shipment.

We are here to satisfy our customers and solve any problem that may occur in the purchasing process.

Worth the wait

The curtains are really nice, have magnet in the sides to keep closed. Worked great for where I put them. Does take awhile for shipping but worth the wait.

Great cushion covers.

The cushion covers look great. They laundered well despite seeming a bit delicate. Delivery was a little slow and items on the same order arrived separately but it was worth the wait.
