I really loved being connected with a family to nanny for through MyNanny. The interview process was smooth and I felt as though MyNanny's process of doing background checks on both me as a nanny and the family, made the process extremely safe. I am really glad that I chose MyNanny to find a family to work with!

Working with My Nanny was a phenomenal experience. They took all the guess work out of interviewing with a family for a nanny position. These are people who care about the kind of care your family receives and I’m lucky to be a nanny who got paired with a wonderful family! This was my first experience with a nanny agency. Normally I find a nanny through my network, mom's facebook groups etc. This time around I needed a candidate qualified to homeschool my kids and I just wasn't getting the right candidates through my normal channels. We had a intro phone call where I explained what I was looking for. They took time to ask me questions and really understand what I wanted. In about a week they sent me the first candidate who we loved. She fell through due to personal reasons and they lined up 3 more interviews the very same day making sure they sent me the best and didn't waste my time with someone I 'maybe' would hire. Out of that group I got two more I could have hired and we found our next nanny. She is more expensive than what I've paid in the past but she is definitely the most proactive and experienced caregiver I've hired. I couldn't be more thrilled to have her. I was working with another agency while I worked with this one and I found MyNanny's terms to be better and I also found MyNanny to be more attentive and 'on my team'. I felt like they were looking for what I wanted vs. just emailing me resumes. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a very qualified caregiver.

John and his team at MyNanny are absolutely amazing! They were very easy to communicate with and did an outstanding job at understanding my needs as a nanny. MyNanny was so easy to join! I made a profile, which was quick and simple, and then they reviewed it before I was able to apply to the position I was wanting. After I clicked "apply", I received a call from their CEO, John, and he told me he was interested in setting up a video interview THAT DAY! Each step of the way has been straightforward and quick. They made sure my interview with the family went as smooth as possible by ensuring the lights in my camera view were giving the best possible angle and lighting. I would highly recommend MyNanny- no complaints here :)
