My grandson absolutely loves his football shirts. I will definitely be buying from this Company again, as the shirts were all very good quality & the customer service was good.

I have ordered several times from Mystery BOXD for my grandsons who are all huge football fans. It's always a lovely surprise to find out what they're going to get in their 'mystery box' and they've never been disappointed with the selections sent. All of the items are great quality. Matty and the team reply quickly and politely to any queries or small requests made via email. It really is a breath of fresh air to deal with a firm who actually seem to care about keeping their customers happy, which seems to be a rare thing these days! Can't praise them highly enough.

I bought three tops for my Nephews Christmas. All were delighted with the shirts which were great quality. The customer service was fantastic!

I needed to return a shirt, they responded immediately to my email (at a weekend) and dispatched a new shirt as soon as I sent proof of my return.

SCAM WEBSITE : This is a scam website run with AI based software don’t ever order here . I made a payment and never received any package nor any refunds. AI bot support email gets generated from at and keeps asking for repeated questions.
I would be taking this legally.

Still waiting for refund from Christmas order sent back. Poor communication and now ignoring my emails. I am not sure what to do next if I am honest.

Order was easy to make, everything went fine. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but after contacting them about this they responded immediately and amended the order for me. Excellent customer service.

What an incredible company! The idea behind it is fabulous and their customer service is the same. I bought a mystery box for my nephew, and decided it wasn’t quite what I wanted. Matty and his team have been fabulous at helping me return the item and to choose something that better suited my requirements. Everything was done with kindness and efficiency, and I felt like a truly valued customer. It’s sad to say there are not many companies that make you feel like this. Highly recommend looking at what they have to offer… it’s brilliant from start to finish. Thank you🙂

Highly recommend Mystery box for your child, after I’d ordered the wrong size and not been precise with my choice, Matty couldn’t have been more helpful , my son now has a really nice looking kit and is over the moon, I will be using again.

I placed my second order through mysteryboxd and I wasn't happy with the colour of the shirt I received, so I then contacted them over email on how to return it.

Anita who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and swapped the shirt for me and adapted it to a colour that I ideally wanted more.

It was a smooth process and I was very happy with the replacement shirt that arrived yesterday. I'll definitely be returning in the future, thank you again Anita and the rest of the team ☺️
