I bought 2 boxes, Shamus was so helpful and called me before to understand the circumstances for the boxes and I told him it was for 2 colleagues in the same office and he adjusted accordingly, I had no idea what was in the box it was a mystery to us all and when my colleagues opened the box it was such fun and it really seemed like the gift that kept on giving! So many goodies and happy colleagues - well worth it

Ordered my first woman’s mystery box, was so impressed with the contents that I went back and ordered a man’s and a sci fi box. Company called to enquire about age of sci fi box and I explained that my son had complex needs etc. Gent on phone said he understood and I can say that he sure did. Box was stuffed full of items that my son will love. Can I just say that these boxes are ideal for Christmas etc. you can split them between the family and save a packet of money.
I will definitely be going back and buying more in the future.

Just ordered my mystery box as I had one last year I have just placed my order by phone the gentleman who took the order could not be anymore helpful. I'm sure this years will be just as great as the last my wife loved it .

Great mystery boxes, we’ve order before and will again. Fantastic customer service, I can’t fault them at all. Makes a fun Christmas present and always more than worth the money

I was very disappointed with this product. I paid £30 for a mystery box expecting a selection of quality items that would make a nice gift. However, what I received felt cheap and poor in value, with items that looked like they could have come from a pound shop. The contents were not suitable as a present, which was the reason I purchased the box in the first place. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the items reflect the price I paid or the way the product was advertised.

I so rarely write reviews but honestly, I've been blown away. I ordered the teenage girl box and couldn't believe how much was in the box, and of great quality too. A massive variety and no bits of 'tat'. I placed a second order for my twins and was unsure which box to order. I spoke to Shamus who was not only super quick with responses but spoke to me like a real person, not a robot. An absolutely incredible customer experience. Shamus not only helped me to secure two identical boxes for my twins but even helped me to ensure they were age appropriate and took care of my order from pre-ordering to picking. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and I have never had such a positive experience like I had from Shamus and the team. 5 stars doesn't quite cut it to be honest. Thank you guys, so much!

I recently got at £29.99 woman’s mystery box from this company and I was thrilled with what was inside, the items were brilliant, not one thing was broken or uninteresting. Lots of variety and really good quality. I am so happy that I have now ordered another woman’s mystery box but for £49.99 this time. The items are such good quality and very useful so I intend on using the items in the next box as gifts for friends and family.
Well done Mystery box shop your boxes in my opinion are second to none end I am very excited to see what will be in my next larger box. Very impressed

I queried which box to chose and got a very prompt reply (a birthday present for my mom). The box was full of great and varied items (including a foot massager which help alleviate an issue!); some to be regifted but that’s to be expected. One item arrived damaged (manufacturer fault as opposed to deliver), however Shamus sorted this quickly and professionally. Would definitely buy something from this company again, thank you!

I had a few problems not receiving a mystery box that I had ordered. I got in touch, and the team were so helpful and apologetic, a new box was despatched to me straight away. I was advised that I should receive my mystery box in the next 48 to 72 hours and it arrived within the time I was promised. Cannot fault this company at all, they handled my issue and it was resolved immediately. Thank you so much

Fantastic customer service, had a small problem with my address that was my fault, had a speedy reply to sort the problem out and my parcel was delivered 2 days later, even had a call from the company to make sure I had received the parcel.
Would definitely recommend and will buy again.

I ordered a mystery box from Mysteryboxshop and found the experience to be average. The items were decently packaged and varied, but some of the contents felt cheap and could easily be found at a lower price elsewhere. While the selection was okay, it left me a bit disappointed. I wouldn’t rush to purchase again, but it might work for someone looking for a simple variety of items. 3 stars.

I bought some last year for the grandkids, they loved them so I have done the same again this year. They rang me to ask if it was for the same people and they have mixed it up a bit so as not to get repeat presents.very polite and helpful, also very quick delivery. Will be using again for different events.

All items were definitely worth more than the £50 paid for each box and the quality of items are excellent.
These make an amazing gift for anyone or a treat for yourself.

Ordered a teenage boys . Lovely selection. So ordered 2 more boxes . But sadly they have not arrived

I got the £30 box and quite frankly I could’ve bought everything in it for less 2x paper plates,2x paper cups,2x paper hanging decorations pack, a light up small picture a pack of 6 baubles and a set of battery white lights.

This arrived very well packaged and in good condition. The contents of the box were well varied and definitely met the £50 price tag and more. I definitely recommend getting a box...ours will be donated to a local charity and we will hopefully add to it with some boy, girl, men, women boxes too....

Very happy with what was in the box, good assortment. Only thing was 1 was broken as not packaged properly little bit disappointed as would of been lovely.
