These were mostly opened packages.
Tic tok shop items. Looked like items all from China. Cheap items.

Boxes are heavily filled with clothes and opened packages. Influencers get the good stuff to pull you in and bait and switch and send you crap, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Don’t do it.! Advertised 1-3 day amazon shipping. After three weeks I contacted them. Their “live chat” doesn’t summon anyone. When the box finally arrived the packages were all ticktock returns that had been cut open, pilfered through and resealed with little while file labels. I specifically ordered unclaimed mail-not returns. They had an opportunity to provide a fun service and failed. No communication and shady business practices. If I could give zero stars I would.

Box arrived in 3 weeks. Box looked like it has been opened and resealed. Received 18 packages from the “20-30 expected”. Most Packages inside all torn open with a piece of tape closing them. 16 of those packages all marked tik tok shop, so cheaply made junk and it was all clothing. Had preciously written to customer service to question how long shipping would take and never got a response. I sent this all with pictures to customer service and will not expect a response. Do not purchase!!!

What a waste! Took 2 weeks to receive. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Boxes in my package had been gone through leaving me just open empty boxes. The box itself was only half full and what wasn’t gone through was complete junk. None of the stuff was usable. It was like they just threw trash in my box. They don’t respond to your emails or messages. Imposable to contact. I will never order from mysterychicks again.

Missing stuff in packages low quality spent $250 to get five dollars worth of stuff horrible company

No communication. Terrible boxes. Everything is a returned item. Many packages and boxes were empty.

This used to be one of the best places to get a mystery box, but not anymore. I have never seen such low quality took a very long time to get, even though the website says they were overstocked and wants to give you a coupon, do not buy from them. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble. The only way you can reach them is through their contact email or chat. I will never buy from again.

If I could give 0 star review I would ! Not only do they not answer or respond to emails . They take one month to deliver ! When I got my box it looked like it had been through a hurricane ! The contents were all clothes that the good will wouldn’t even take . A cookie that was expired and crumbled ! Nothing was worth even $1 they sent pills that were expired in 2024 and clothes that were a complete waste of material I can’t believe I spent my hard earned $ on their bullshit mystery box they says was such a great thing ! The mystery really is where did they get the garbage they are sending people it’s completely a scam and I will never ever waste $ again. With them and I hope no one else does

I recorded opening this box. I had already purchased it before I read the reviews. My mistake. Everything was pre opened and went through. Everything in my box is from AliExpress. Everything. I was also giving a broken toy and a green something that looks like it was ripped off an item. This is a spam company. It took a month to get my order and I was unable to cancel the order. I spent over $200 for a 15lb box of AliExpress and broke items.

I paced an order in August, it said the package was at the Amazon carrier.
As of today I have never received my package or a response from Mystery Chick's.
Please don't give them your hard earned money.

I am very disappointed at their lack of communication and theft of my money.
Be warned! I wish I had read the reviews instead of watching a video of someone having fun opening the packages.
I am not sure how he ever got them!

Great, now I found out about their one star review after I ordered. Never got my box I ordered but they took my money and there is absolutely no way to contact them. Fundelivered is the only way to go and if you contact them you actually get a human response the same day. Will never waste money on Mystery chicks again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY !Horrible customer service. Ordered two weeks ago and still have not received a confirmation. But money came out of my bank! Have reaches out 3 times just to confirm they have an order for me, but no response. The contact us on their website page does not work, and the AI answers are useless.

Absolute waste of money… I’m currently in the process of finding out exactly who I sue for my money back and filing a complaint with their local news as well as their local paper seeings how the names of the actual owners are not public I am going to track them down somehow to get my money back.. I ordered a box for 250.00 and it was all trash, an old gray wig and mail from the same person that had to have been opened and resealed numerous times not to mention just crap thrown into this box which came completely smashed and broken, my box had 12 items inside which I still have the box and all the items I’ve taken photos of the box and all the contents and I will get my money back or I will sue them on small claims court.. they should be out of business what they are doing is fraud and a scam… its illegal!! And I won’t stand for it unfortunately for them they aren’t going to get away with taking my money and thinking I won’t do anything about it… anyone else have this exact same complaint?

It took 20 days to ship my order once I recieved my order box was damaged items were low low quality junk not much worth keeping let alone resale. Very disappointed will not order from them again.

Definitely a giant waste of money. Most items in the box were completely unusable and nothing but trash. There are more reputable companies out there, do not order from this one.

My very expensive box only included 18 packages. One of which was opened and empty. 4 of the packages were wigs and 3 of them were clearly used. I ordered it as a fun thing to do with friends and was embarrassed. It was a huge waste of money.

Save your money!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought a mystery box. If I could give them zero stars (or negative) I would. For $250 you get absolute junk! All the packages were returns (and were opened). And most of the items were extremely cheap clothing items. The website says you get 20-30 items, but I only received 19 (and there was plenty of room for more packages). When I contacted them they said it's just an estimate and it's a mystery. In addition, the website also claims that what's inside is "A unique assortment of mystery items — no duplicates guaranteed." However, I received two of the exact shirts in two different packages. When I contacted them I was told there's no guarantee (even though a guarantee is stated on their website) and there are no refunds. I bought a mystery box from another company to compare, and that company was a million times better! I will never buy from Mystery Chicks again. Such a waste of money.

Please don't order from these people. They are crooks. They say they fulfill orders within a couple of business days. It's been three weeks since i placed an order for the $699.99 three pack. They charged my credit card immediately, but, despite my sending several emails asking for a shipment update because I needed the packages by a specific date for an event i was hosting, I never received a response. After three unanswered emails, I sent another demanding that my order be cancelled. It was not. I called the credit card company to dispute the charge, and they sent me a dispute form to fill out, but also gave me the phone number associated with MysteryChick (good luck finding it online - you can't). I called the number, went straight to voicemail (of course it did), so I left a strongly worded message saying that I was filing a dispute. And then no more than 10 minutes later, get an email saying my order had been shipped. But it's too late. My event is in two days and the package won't be here on time. And they don't take returns. So I'm stuck with $699.99 of stuff that I can't use. This company really needs to be reported. They are the worst. They are crooks.
