So happy with this product. Works really well. I have peace of mind now to let our gorgeous boy outside. Glad we don’t have any ongoing payments with GPS options and the tag is quite small which is another plus. Thank you again

I had the original one and decided to upgrade. Providing it is easier to put a new battery in the handset when the time comes, as opposed to the old original handset then all will be great!

Good tracker but wish it did not switch off after a few minutes. Probably not good if your cat goes a long distance - best if just in the immediate neighbourhood.

We fixed the tag to a thin rope inbetween the Rc tower and a Rc glider.
As it happened the tower lost the rope due to malfunction. After a while we found the rope in a field. The distance when the first LED showed up was about 60 meters... but after all we found it!

Good product, great service. Very prompt postage. Relatively short range but seems to work well.

This is a great tracker for homing in on the exact spot. I have it attached to a GPS collar and if that safety collar opens and comes off or my cat is trapped in a neighbours shed etc I always find. The older style round button and case are great and fit on to any collar with ease but they are sadly now discontinued and this new losenge shaped version, whilst attractive and compact, is EXTREMELY difficult to slide over the catches on most collars especially my GPS collars, hence I have only given 4 stars. I appreciate the problems the company experienced during the pandemic in sourcing parts, which does seem like an excuse used by many similar companies in order to change the style of their product, but surely they must know what a struggle these cases are to fit onto collars!! I can't understand why companies try to fix what isn't broken and then make products worse.

Product well packaged, arrived in 10 business days as advertised.

Unfortunately he lost his collar within 2 days and I have walked my own and my neighboring properties looking for the collar (following the tracking device) and have been unable to find it. Bit disappointed.

Customer service has never been great with this company. They offer a good product but lack the ability to keep their regular customers happy. I have been buying tabcat for over 14 years now. I recently purchased another set as my last one gave up after a year. Within days of ordering my tabcat, the company sent out a general email offering a discount on the product I had just purchased. When I contacted them to ask if they would reimburse me the discount, as I just ordered days before, i was told no, as discounts can only be redeemed at checkout. Why is it that other companies have no problem honouring their promotions in similar situations. If it wasnt for the fact that tabcat are the only manufacturers, I would definitely buy elsewhere.

Nice product but not intuitive to work, would like a small info display and not just beeping.

Great app. Cat went missing a week after I got TabCat. Walked up and down the street calling out his name but no response from my cat. Then I remembered I had TabCat. I went and got it and then went out into the street again. Within 5 minutes I got a signal and then honed in on it. And there he was. In a neighbours garage. We had walked passed the garage calling out his name but cats being cats he did not respond. So, without TabCat we would have missed him and would have had to rely on him finding his way home. Well done and thanks to TabCat.

Have used tab cat for a long time wouldn't use anything else

It has only a very short distance in which it can track the transponder. Therefore not very helpfull in finding a cat.

very good. Good for finding cats. It would be even better if you could extend the reach of the radio waves

We ordered in Western Australia from the UK online site, received confirmation of order within 24hrs and dispatch once processed, Have now received our order took 15days to arrive but this time slot fell over Easter Public Holiday period.

Excellent product and service

The website was easy to use. The Tabcat kit arrived in my country within two weeks. It was easy to set up and it works well. Straightforward and excellent.

The product was delivered as described and works as described.

I lost my tabcat last year so I had to buy a new one this year.
I have not tried it yet but it was very easy to program it and make it work.
Since there is a light on the cattab I think it will help me find my cat. Also the fact that it covers more ground is a big plus. Thank you!
