Great product; very responsive and accommodating when I needed a size replacement!

It's actually not as much about you as about your shipping partner FedEx I placed my order on the 23rd of October it's now October 31st and they're telling me my older may arrive by Monday the 2nd of November here's a copy so far how my order has transposed since I ordered 384317096332

Im always wary about purchasing anything from facebook adverts but after some research i took the chance and bought a ring for my partner.
Im so glad i did. He loved it. Great quality and not cheap imitation tatt that other sellers advertise. Quick delivery. Accurate personalised engraving.
Special mention to Daniel from customers services who was patient professional and a pleasure to communicate with via email. A credit to the company.

The ring arrived to my house quickly, and was exactly what I ordered. It is comfortable, and the custom engraving is lovely.

The ring was beautiful. I ordiginally order the wrong size, but the customer service team was prompt and helpful. They send me a new ring that fit. I would order from them again!

The sizing is not right. I ordered a 10.5, but it fits like an 11, whereas I have another mythology titans ring that is a 10 and fits like a 10, so their sizing is not consistent at all. Unfortunately, their exchange policy is not clear and the customer service is not ideal to work with.

Sending me a new ring engraved since the original was too large.

I bought 2 rings from them a few weeks ago and one of the rings was the wrong one. I emailed customer service 3x’s and have not heard back from them. I searched for their phone number and left a voicemail. Still no response. It is very frustrating. The ring I bought that was correct is nice quality, but I want the one I ordered as well. They sent me 2 of the same rings with one being blue inlay and one being silver. I ordered the blue one, and was expecting the one with meteorite as the inlay. I suggest looking elsewhere for a ring until they fix their customer service.

Received my ring in a week and love it. Fits perfect and feels good to have on. I never take it off. A perfect replacement for my wedding ring I lost.

On my first order loved one of the two rings. Reached out about and exchange and was told they could help. I paid $59 for the new ring and was expecting an exchange and a refund on the one sent back but after i paid for the new ring they told me to just keep the ring and when i emailed that we didnt like it and wanted to send it back for a refund they never responded. Over all we love the two rings we got but will never use this company because of the poor customer service and lack of communication. Now stuck with a ring we absolutely do not like.

Great and unique products very easy to order

The delivery was great in terms of timescales from China. However the quality as advertised is that these are high quality. In reality the outside surfaces are essentially some sort of resin/epoxy type material and in the first day just from washing my hands, one of the rings on my other hands rubbed against it and scuffed it and that area of the ring is now opaque! So very soft material, scratches really easily and very clear when it happens. Ring looks rubbish now. Just from washing my hands. I would have hoped a harder material was used!
