Mythologytitans Reviews

Nice ring. We'll see how the inlay holds up, but it feels great and is beautiful

Amazing customer service!

I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from Mythology Titans, and while we absolutely loved the ring, we realized that we had ordered the wrong size.

I reached out to the company expecting that we would need to go through an exchange process, but their customer service was amazing. They quickly helped get the correct size sent out, didn’t charge me anything additional, and even allowed us to keep the original ring.

The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. It’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore!

We’re very happy with the ring and the experience overall. I would absolutely purchase from Mythology Titans again and highly recommend them!

Fantastic product and great customer service

Fast delivery but unfortunately was the wrong ring that was delivered. Seemed to have been a discontinued model that looked very similar to what I ordered. Mistakes happen! Received a response the next day and being shipped the correct ring. Thanks for making it right :)

Mythology Titans always has what I want. And they fit wonderfully. I’m sure I will order from them again.

After a few communication glitches, Daniel was great in resolving them. Communication via email was consistent and all is good! Rings are great...prices are reasonable...so...enjoy the rings!!

Love the fit. Colors are bright. Fast delivery. Good price.

Only complaint is that I wish the edges were a bit softer.

Just that their return policy needs to be explained better

Thanks for your service and products. Rings are awesome 😎 thanks.

Very Nice Rings although they did not have some in my size they had more than enough others to make up for it, maybe down the road they will have the one I first looked at in my size

Ordered a Charon & Perseus ring - both in size 9.
The Rings got a good feel to them and great quality.
They were also delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Quick and painless exchange for ring size but a little pricey. Customer service was exceptional.

Highlights of my experience:
1. Exciting selection of products / options.
2. Great quality products.
3. Comfortable products that fit well and look great when worn.
4. Timely and safe shipping.

As for negatives, there are none. I’ve already ordered again and am now a returning customer.

Great product!

Very attractive ring. Feels plastic-ish. The edges could be beveled more. I don’t feel it’s worth the price tag

Beautiful ring. Fast shipping!

The item looks similar to the image, but not as nice. Simpler.

I received the pendant about two months after ordering it. I knew this would take time due to them saying it had not been produced yet and at the sale price it was supposed to be worth it. When i received it it was not as the picture looked it was covered in scratches and looked much thinner and not well crafted there rings are great dont get me wrong but this pendant was a horrible purchase and i feel very let down

I ended up having to resize my ring (it was a little bigger than I anticipated) and the process of going through customer service was very quick and easy. Plus, my new ring fits great!

I've been trying to get a bigger size ring for a month now. No one has responded to how I can get a bigger size.
