I am extremely disappointed with MyTrip. My booking 1104-157-568 was cancelled on February 6th due to a schedule change by China Airlines. Since then, I have been receiving the same automated responses claiming they are "waiting for the airline."
It has been almost 3 months and more than 25 business days (well beyond their 10-15 day promise). This is unacceptable. They are holding my money while giving excuses about "airline relations." I demand my refund and the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) immediately. If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my bank and a report to consumer protection agencies. AVOID THIS AGENCY.

I booked flight tickets for my parents from Jaipur to Melbourne through MyTrip on 26th September. On Skyscanner, the listing clearly mentioned 40 KG of check-in baggage included, and even on the MyTrip website, it showed the same.
However, after I purchased the tickets, no check-in baggage was included. I immediately called MyTrip the same day and was told they would fix the issue.
It’s now 25th October, and despite calling almost every day, I keep hearing the same line — “It’s been escalated.” About ten days ago, they emailed me saying I had no proof of baggage purchase, which is ridiculous since it was clearly displayed on Skyscanner and their own site. I replied immediately, but there has been no response since.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — misleading information, false assurances, and zero accountability.
⚠️ Do not book with MyTrip. They are untrustworthy and extremely difficult to deal with.
What a scam
What a scam. Lies, lies, lies. They promise to manage the booking, but this is a lie. The flights were canceled such that they one left hours before the first flight. Did MyTrip do anything? No. Reschedule a flight? No. Communicate with me? No. This is the dirtiest, most corrupt travel broker on the internet, in my experience.

Absolutely scamming scum when it comes to ‘helping’ you with anything. Indian based company and call centre. They play dumb and are very rude. I questioned their prices as my original flight was £288 with 1 free change of date. I changed the date first off without issue, with the new flight coming in at around £170 I think but I believe their thinking is that if you wish to change it again, you will have to pay even more to change because your ticket price is now low. I just spent over 2 hours on the phone and was cut off twice purposely after calling them out on their nonsense. The new flights were coming back for me to pay a difference of between £300 to £450 including their fees for changing it, depending on the date, so I questioned how much the actual flight would be if I was to buy it as a new booking to which they could not answer. I know a scammer when I talk to one and these certainly know what they’re doing to you. They claimed they could only check 3 new dates for me for a price and I had to give them the dates - the fact that I made it clear I did not care what the date was and I just wanted a flight at a reasonable price seemed beyond comprehension for them to grasp in their tiny brains. When I questioned why they could only check 3 dates for me they said it was airline policy, I questioned them further pointing out how stupid what they were saying was and they said they’d check the whole month instead?! They checked another 4 dates but kept saying the price was coming back as the same.. which is crazy because it would be a different price every day. Again I pointed this out and the new prices were altered by £20 but I still smelled a rat as all the consecutive quoted prices were all exact numbers when in fact I hardly ever see flights at round numbers like 420 or 400. Absolute scum.

I booked tickets for my family last month and encountered a significant issue right away: there was a mistake in the name on the booking. I contacted MyTrip the very next day, expecting a prompt resolution, but here I am, nearly a month and a half later, still waiting for help. I have wasted so much time calling them and getting same answer "we need some time".
The customer service has been disappointing, and it feels like they’re more focused on profits than on providing good support. I would not recommend using MyTrip if you value responsive customer service. I would have given them zero-star rating if possible. Look elsewhere for your travel needs!

Scam. Be very aware with this company. It appears you're getting the best rate, however they will rob you. In my situation; I received an email saying that the airline cancelled my return flight, I was not offered alternate flight options and had to cancel the flight. I received an email from Mytrip saying that it will take 10-15 business days to process the refund. It has now been 6 weeks and the customer agents I have spoken with have offered zero help. They refused to connect me with a supervisor - nothing has been done and I have not been offered any timeline as to when my refund will come. My trip owes me approx $300.00 and it's become obvious they do not, nor ever did anticipate refunding me what I am owed. I have contacted my credit card company and the airline's refund department directly to look into the matter and there is no trace of any refund request. Mytrip has been lying the whole time. Do not fall prey to this company. Their locations are also suspicious. I hope anyone reading this will be deterred from booking through them. It is certainly not worth it.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with MyTrip. I booked a flight through their platform, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel. Initially, MyTrip informed me that I was not eligible for any refund. However, after I threatened to escalate the matter directly to the airline, they reluctantly agreed to process my refund but not without slapping me with a hefty cancellation fee of $569.
The process to get my refund was painfully slow and filled with inconsistencies. I waited a month with constant calls to check the status of my refund. Each time, I received a different story: "We are waiting for the airline company," "It shouldn't take more than a week," "It will take 2 more days." A week later, they claimed they received the wrong refund amount from the airline and were waiting on a resolution.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would call me back. After insisting on speaking to someone higher up, the representative told me they were all busy with other customers, but I persisted, willing to wait even if it took two hours. She eventually returned only to inform me that there were no supervisors available.
This experience was not only stressful but also disheartening. Upon visiting a review website, I noticed a staggering number of complaints against MyTrip, suggesting a pattern of poor service and misleading practices. Consumers should be cautious when dealing with this company, as they seem to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend using other more reliable and transparent services for your travel needs.

On 18.11.2022 we booked to go to Air Vanuatu on 13.04.2023. Our flights were cancelled by the airline to which we requested a refund from MyTrip. We have all emailed without a sufficient response from them as to why we have not received our refund. It has now been over 12 months and MyTrip has not provided us with our refund. They have saying for the last few months that they have received a refund from the airline however are yet to process the refund. We have been enquiring for over 12 months without any updates on when we will receive our money back. We have also gone to Consumer Affairs before and they lied and stated that they had not received a refund from the airline which we now have written proof from them to say that they have received it and are processing however again this has been months and months of them saying the same thing. We have multiple emails that we have sent them and their responses are the same each and every time.
24/7 support is pathetic
24/7 support is pathetic, will not fly again with them. I wanted to reschedule my flight and tried reaching support. No one picks up and it kept on saying you're in queue and disconnected after waiting 2.5 hours.

Disgraceful lack of customer service. They contact you via email addresses that they don't check (assuming this because they never responded). Contacting them is a mission in itself!
My outgoing flight was rescheduled to a later time (I could have purchased this flight in the first place at a cheaper rate than the more convenient daytime flight I chose). I replied to the email several times as they wrote PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS IF THE NEW FLIGHT SCHEDULE DOES NOT SUIT YOUR NEEDS. Not a single reply. 3 weeks passed. Got online chat started. They wanted to charge me $755 more for an earlier flight, same day. I could purchase a RETURN ticket (with a different carrier) to the same destination for that price!
It's like a scam? Book them on the more expensive flight, move them to the cheaper night flight and keep the price difference. If they make a noise and want to change flights, charge them for a whole new flight and chuck in $160 rebooking fees to make the pain hurt more.
Will never use this company again.

Mytrip refuse to assist in change of flights booked due to passenger being admitted to palliative care at Olivia Newton John Cancer. They will not provide credit or refund despite a certificate from the hospital confirming the situation that the passenger is dying.
