Surfast is a really great application. It's fast, and the Pro version gives you a bunch of options. I got the Pro version when it was on sale, and it was definitely worth it. I can listen to music offline or download funny videos. It's great, and I highly recommend it.

SurFast Video Downloader is an excellent tool that delivers on its promises. It’s fast, reliable, and supports downloads from a wide range of sites including YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.

I was especially impressed by the ability to download in high resolutions—even up to 8K. You can also convert videos to MP4, MP3, WebM, and other formats, which makes it incredibly flexible depending on your needs.

The batch download feature is a huge time-saver. I was able to grab entire playlists with ease. You also get features like subtitle downloading and thumbnail extraction, which are great additions.

The interface is clean and very easy to use—even for beginners. There are no annoying ads, and it works smoothly on both Windows and Mac.

Easy-to-use, time-saving software to download videos

Surfast can download videos from many websites, I use it primarily for YouTube.

It can also download only part of a video with the cut function and multiple videos from a playlist.

It's very easy to use, fast, and works great. I saved a lot of time.

Extremely satisfied with both the application and responsive support. I needed a quick, easy and effective solution for downloading the entire library of several VideoTube channels (archiving purposes before shutting down channels). I happened across SurFast Video Downloader. Worked like a charm.
I was billed for a trial period with an auto-renewal but I knew I'd only need the application for a week. I wrote to customer support over the weekend and asked that the renewal be discontinued. I just received confirmation from PayPal as well as a follow-up email and confirmation from Nabla. This is how things should work in a perfect world. Great application and top notch support. I can highly recommend both the app and the company.

In my opinion, what distinguishes this company above all is its exceptional customer service.

I encountered an issue with downloading and converting a video using Surfast 2, repeatedly receiving the error message “Error 0%.” Despite attempting to download the video using the largest video site available, I was unsuccessful.

I promptly contacted customer service, where I was assisted by Charlene, who provided exceptional support. In response to my request, Charlene collaborated with their development team to release a new, updated version specifically for my Mac. As a result, the issue has been resolved, and the software now functions as intended.

I am highly satisfied with this software, which is user-friendly and enables me to download videos from a wide range of websites.

Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend this software and this company.

I've used a number of video processing / downloading tools for work. I'm going to give this a real 5-star review for three reasons.

1. It just works. It supports a good mix of video and audio-only formats as outputs and most inputs you'd care to use.
2. A lot of the other tools appear to have a bit of a time-bound license scam where you buy a license for version five and it works for about 6 months, and then you find that the product is 'obsolete', and you have to arbitrarily pay to upgrade to version 6 , and your old reg key is useless. That feels a bit shady to me... but Nabla feels to be a lot more reasonable. Did you buy a license? You have a license. If we upgrade your product we upgrade your product. We don't decide we want a bit more money, so we're going to renumber your product randomly and force you to buy a new license. Fair is Fair with these guys.
3. Their customer service is top notch. I sent an email to them Sunday night at 9:30pm. I got a response about 15 minutes later - not just a response... an actual resolution.
