Nabla Mind SurFast Video Downloader is a great piece of software, not only does it allow you to download content from various sites it also allows you to extract the Audio from the Media too.

I recently experienced an issue where my Activation Code failed to activate, I contacted Nabla Mind who responded in less than 24hrs with a solution.

The solution was disabling my VPN, the error was caused by myself and had nothing to do with software or my Activation Code (how embarrassing was this for me)

If you are looking for reliable Video Download Software I really would recommend this software to you, I rate the Customer Support as well as I do the software (both excellent indeed)

I've used several tools like this. Surfast is the most robust, versatile and stable. Interface was a little quirky at first, but once spent the time, its working well. Had a self induced activation issue, but Charlene resolved that with a simple email within 12 hours turn around time. Very pleased, highly recommended.

I use the Surfast Video Downloader from time to time and have a lifetime licence. After I bought a new MacBook, the licence stopped working. However, when I contacted them, the team at nablamind responded very quickly and were wonderfully accommodating. I was really pleased about that! Now I can use the Surfast Video Downloader to its full potential again!
