This app is great
This app is great! I have been using it since Black Friday 2024 and I have been able to download any video I needed from different platforms. It's fairly fast and doesn't slow down your computer while downloading. And the cherry of the pie: its awesome Customer Support! They reply to my request promptly and helped me resetting my app license when I moved from my old lap to a new one.

SurFast Video Downloader is very intuitive and fast. I’ve downloaded over 100 videos without any issue since then.

Super Logo is terrible
Super Logo is terrible, you cant write your own prompts, you cant edit or modify anything it gives you a poor selection of pre-canned ai generated logos, won't let you export as SVG, AI.. horrible application must of been built in the third world like Pakistan or India.

We have recently addressed the resizing issue you mentioned. This is the best video downloader app I have ever used. So simple to use yet so powerful to download videos from all over the web. Just enter an url or drag and drop any video you want to download. Works with almost of the usual places you watch lots of videos. If you download lots of videos this is the best app for you!

Quick response from customer service
Quick response from customer service, with clear instructions when I had issue with software not opening... but turns out wasn't their issue. I got it working again, regardless they were helpful and friendly - Surfast seems to work wherever I've tried it, with good interface and settings.

When needing to extract video content
When needing to extract video content from the web its been a hit and miss until I used SurFast Video Downloader Pro. In addition the responsiveness of the support team was incredible, after upgrading my macbook my license needed a reset, this was completed in less than 24hrs from me sending my request. Thank you.
