Been using it for a few months, mostly all good. Lately started having occasional glitches where some videos were missing download as video option, only audio. Reached out to support and the issue was resolved within a day - response was fast and on target.

Brought a product that worked well after installation. It then started acting erratically. I contacted the company explaining the problem. What impressed me was the prompt reply. After following their instructions, the program was back up and running correctly.

After building a new pc and installing their software I could not activate it with the old license code.
A mail to their support department was answered within 5 minutes and upon sending my old code it was reset within another 5 minutes. I could register the software and my problem was solved within 15 minutes.

The only app I've tested re: YouTube videos that does not run into serious trouble after a while when accessing the YouTube website. Moreover, when it seemingly did so once, SurFast staff was extremely helpful and responded very quickly (i.e. overnight) with advice as to possible reasons and where to look in my folder system for missing software components that might have been causing the trouble. Within 48 hours or so, the issue was solved. A very professional and service-oriented startup company.

I have been using the product for a while now and so far, it is conveniently awesome to use. Then a problem has been encountered. I sent an email to support and got a reply within the day. Though the issue didn't get resolved right away, they assured me that they are already looking into it and a fix may take within a day or two. But within the same day, I got an email saying an update had been completed and I can resume using the application. That was a quick fix. Thank you!

Wow! I bought a new Mac and had to get my activation code unlocked to use Surfast.

Fast is the word. Support quickly unlocked the code and let me know. Now this is what product support is about!

The Video downloader downloads almost everything including from very secured website. You usually succeed going through the embedded "private" navigator when pasting the URL is not enough for stubborn websites.
I have other downloaders but the one from NablaMind succeeds more often.
Tech support was prompt and responsive.

They help me build my offline internet database with surfast2.
