Initially the process with NAL was very…
Initially the process with NAL was very slow and didn't seem to be getting anywhere.
Eventually Mujahid Hameed to over my case and within about a 6 month period he had done more than the previous 2 people.
He was professional,efficient, responsive and answered all and any questions I had with clarity and reassurance.
I cannot thank him enough for how he dealt with everything since he took over.
Thank you Mujahid for dealing with and finalising my claim.

My Experience
First of all I would like to thank Shane for all his help, understanding and patience throughout my claim.
A lot of communicating was done through the Portal in My Account & Message Hub, also some by phone & email. Sometimes I had to chase up a query, but understand they are very busy. I had a Medical Assessment done by a Doctor and later had to check the report for errors & edit it. It was then sent back to the Doctor, this happened several times. My appointment though felt rushed, maybe because of the amount of people who were waiting for an appointment, as the waiting room was full.
