When coming to National Accident Law…
When coming to National Accident Law with a unique case, they took time to understand the terminology of my previous employment to better understand what happened.
The staff I worked with have been patient and often took time to explain what point of the process we were at and what was still to come.
With a case that took a bit longer than what is expected, the staff I worked with guided me to a positive outcome with dignity, patience and honesty. Always being clear of what to expect and offering different scenarios on ways it could go.

The process was ok
The process was ok, communication wasn’t the best as hard to get hold of but when you could get hold of them process was ok. The only time I was able to get hold of someone was when the funds was told and they would then answer th phone.

Big Shoutout to Adam McKessy. His compassion and professionalism made him a pleasure to work with. Amazing experience, he dealt with my NAL case correct I was always informed on what was going on.
My claim was not a simple one so it took a lot longer than expected but Adam was very helpful with chasing up appointment results etc and keeping me informed. I’m really pleased with the outcome of my case
