While removing the cracked screen they notices some of the trim clip had been broken during a previous and replaced with mastic. Without any hesitation the new clip where fitted along with the new screen.

The staff broke my wing mirror and lied…
The staff broke my wing mirror and lied stating the windscreen they replaced was a different shape that’s why my mirror was loose. A very poor service. I wouldn’t give them any stars at all, but it wouldn’t let me do that

Booking system terrible, repair center were great
The actual center doing the repair were great and very professional and provided a quality service and quick turnaround for my replacement. The booking and office was a shambles, I booked online via my insurance app, first my booking was in the wrong reg plate which not sure how that happened my phone autocorrects my number plate and it was linked through my insurance. Trying to get it changed took a couple of tries for them to get right reg and customer name but still couldn't find my booking on the portal. Eventually got it sorted but hadn't seen that the confirmation email stated the model of car was a transit van and not a Kuga so had to wait another 2 weeks before it could get done. Even in person the repair guy struggled to find my vehicle so the system they use seemed to be clunky even though on the booking I had confirmed the vehicle make, model and reg.
