My windscreen replacement was booked…
My windscreen replacement was booked via my insurance company. The process was simple and clear, I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment. I dropped my car off early in the morning and it was ready early afternoon. The team were good, did their job as expected. I think front desk customer service may not be in their remit but the guys I spoke to did ok. The only downside was parking to drop my car off, there was no space and no clear signage, it was a matter of luck. Their location was tricky to find and very little space to leave the car safely.

Make sure you get a specific time for your windscreen replacement
I booked with National Windscreens by phone and it wasn’t explained to me that there are morning and afternoon slots, only dates were mentioned. When I arrived at 8:30am, as instructed in the email I was sent, I was informed that I didn’t have a morning booking, but that my screen would be replaced ASAP. The job was completed by early afternoon, so there was no real issue for me. The staff at the workshop were professional and polite and the work seems to have been done well.

First time they arrived they could…
First time they arrived they could remove screw claims it was to worn. I removed with normal driver in 2 mins. Came in morning when booked afternoon so had to take more time off work. Re booked earliest week later. Put wiper mount threw rummer mount so needs replacing didn't offer to put screws back in left new windscreen dirty. Only used as had no choice dude to insurance no pride in their work
