The person who fixed my windscreen was so professional. The National windscreen had a good communication team who updated me when they couldn't make my appointment on the chosen day. They were ok.

Dreadful company that make excuses not to do the job
Appalling , booked to have a new windscreen fitted as it has a huge crack in it this was prior to my MOT which it would not pass with this crack , I told them this the appointment was on Monday .. I got an email Friday saying my windscreen had a camera ( not that I know of ) and as such it needs to go into a branch as such it’s clearly the fact they can’t fulfil all the apointments they make , don’t try calling them been holding for 15 mins already , like most companies they lie about reasons based on the fact they cannot provide the service you need , in the meantime I cannot drive my car as it will need an MOT appointments are two weeks in advance at least .. totally appalling

Took over a week for an appointment so my car was unsafe for a very long time, they didn't care!

It was quick and easy to make the appointment online and the guy who came was friendly, worked well and did a great job fixing the crack on the windscreen of the car. It wasn't a long process and he called ahead of time to give a more accurate time of arrival. You can't even tell that there was a crack there before. Really pleased with the whole process.

Don't bother. They are beyond useless
Called and made a booking. On the day no information sent to tell me the time. At 2pm i called to check and was told they had cancelled my booking, but not told a reason.
Called Auto Glass and they have already sent me an appointment confirmation email etc.
Just do not use. Not worth the stress. Go with a company that has a good rep.

Very bad !!!
Very bad !!!! Don't use this company!!! Ordered a windscreen replacement on 5 of September , booked it in for 24 September , all was good until 24 morning when I got a call the expert will be with me at 1 pm , at 2 pm I receive a call saying that the windscreen didn't arrived ! Really!!!! After 3 weeks ??? So I cancel everything with them . Please don't use !!!
