We had a lovely chap called Josh who on his first visit was unable to fix repair (not his fault) he then rearranged another visit within two days. He came back replaced windscreen very quickly.

Impressed with Yeovil branch
Lovely chap came out. Decided it needed replacing and booked it in for the next day. I sat in their warm, clean office using their wi fi and was offered a cuppa when they had one. Really nice people. Windscreen seems to be doing the job! Only gripe is that the costs weren’t clear and it was quite a bit more than I expected ie the part I had to pay that wasn’t covered by insurance.

Great service
Great service. It says online it will take 4 hours but it only took an hour and a half. Very nice gentleman fixing the car.
Not the easiest of places to find as it’s in an industrial estate which is like a maze.

I had my T-roc windscreen replaced a…
I had my T-roc windscreen replaced a couple of weeks ago and overall the experience was great! Great correspondence to let me know what was happening, where and when. On the day they replaced it, it was carried out quickly and efficiently.
The only slight let down for me was that I noticed a feint scratch all the way across the glass, but this was about 6 days after I'd had it replaced as I hadn't really used the car after driving home.

After 2 complaints I got no where as…
After 2 complaints I got no where as they stick to a script so you the customer loose no matter how honest you are and their fitter don't acknowledge conversations he had with you saying everything is working perfectly after fitting a new screen. I say this to anyone thinking of using Yeovil branch DON'T. I also noticed when I came to clean my car I had light scratches on my body work which luckily polished out. They in the end passed my complaint on to my insurance and they were no better as these businesses stick together so the consumer always looses so when I renew my insurance it'll be with a new provider even if it costs me slightly more.

Great customer service & helpful staff
Great customer service & helpful staff. No issues with the booking process and good communication before and after carrying out the windscreen replacement. They completed the work ahead of my allocated time slot so I was able to collect the van earlier than planned. Would highly recommend (and they are much cheaper than autoglass)
