Lots of features built in need to get to know them all. My take on was a pain APIs did not work and support could have been better eventually did manual take on with self composed spreadsheets but now that's all balanced enjoying what's on offer

The platform is not working well in my case, lots of import errors

Suggestion - new clients who are onboarding for first time should get one hour of phone time with a support person to ask all relevant questions at the beginning of their Navexa journey. Once a year host an educational event and meet and greet either online or in person in Sydney or Melbourne - maybe alternate between the two. I found I had to visit delisted.com.au a lot to work out how to input takeovers - this info should come up in a separate window on the navexa website.

I've been using Navexa for a few months now and love it. Great UI on web and mobile, very responsive, adding/updating portfolio is super easy and import directly from most common trading platforms without having to change the format of the file. Keep up the awesome work on the product.

Navexa saved my life seriously. I had so many transactions and had not been able to do my tax return for the past 4 years. (Day trading) Navexa made it all possible now all up to date. I tried using a different company before I found Navexa. It was impossible so many errors and things missing. I can always rely on Navexa to be right. And the support is the best. Thanks Navexa.

Very user friendly, and intuitive to use.

Captured Dividends and share split and consolidation fairly accurate. Maybe considering to add "Trading Profit" as a standalone category for easy identification on realised profit/gain.

It's fairly useful, but needs a lot of work to be a polished product. Loading data from automatic feeds can be hit and miss, you will need to manually review.
Manual entry suffers slow performance, and no facility to add full timestamps other than just the date. The sort order can therefore be unreflective of the order of trades if multiple occur on one day. No balance display during such trade entry makes manual entry and error checking more tedious. Cash tracking is there but seems like an afterthought as it doesn't integrate well. Historical trades that occurred before the date range of an exchange you are tracking must be entered with only the date of the actual trade, or tax calculations will be off - there is no facility to differentiate between when an asset came into the portfolio versus when it was actually traded - which again makes manual entry and tracking hard. Interface can be slow to update and sometimes fail requiring refreshes to display properly. All that said, the summarisation and reporting features are nice.

I found out about Navexa with a random video link delivered to a SM feed by an algorithm that magically knows we owned securities and it did pique my interest.

I was definitely concerned about my tax exposure as regards my share portfolio. This was especially so as I began to add a number of ETFs to my holdings, so I started doing some serious research.

No longer satisfied merely tracking the total value of the portfolio on a CMC watchlist, assigning dividend payments, additional holdings from DRPs to paper files as well as maintaining some data on spreadsheets, I had a genuine need for a product like this. We really had no solid idea of the actual cost basis of the portfolio we've been working on since the late '90s, nor a clue as to the actual returns thus far. Kind of just winging it and reporting to the ATO as best as we could manage.

I tried the free version for a a few days and began populating Navexa with our data to see how it would all work. It took a bit to get up to speed with the interface as with anything, there is a learning curve, but it was manageable. With records going back a couple of decades plus, this was tedious exercise and a real PIA with share splits, swaps, capitol returns, consolidations and all the various permutations one can imagine. However with all those efforts, a true picture began to emerge of exactly where we were at with it all, especially regarding the looming CGT (if and when we liquidate, or take some profits).

When I did have a couple of questions (while I was putting this together), I received helpful responses in a reasonable time frame from Navarre Trousselot the Founder & Developer of Navexa. His professionally produced videos on YouTube were and will continue to be of serious value. They are enjoyable to watch with zero hype from someone who is genuinely passionate and dedicated to his outstanding product. We like him for his brilliance and authenticity.

Yay, we went ahead and signed up for 3 years! Considering the value of our holdings, the dread of navigating the ATO come tax time, the value of this software goes beyond mere cost and provides not only peace of mind but insights into our holdings heretofore UN-imagined. I recommend Navexa without reservation.

Lacks option to use & purchase solely for ATO tax reporting

I have been using Navexa since March 2025. The platform design is easy to use. The interfacing and reporting are seamless, and with the addition of Navexa AI, this platform has reached new heights. The emails, videos (Including Masterclasses) support round out a very impressive financial tool.

Whilst this is a very good bit of software, the interaction between some trading companies and their import tool requires work. I use Vanguard Personal Investor, and when I upload several trades, it becomes very clunky. If they could resolve this issue, it would get five stars all day.
