Samantha got another on the phone as well to answer my question about NCD covering 50percent of the permanent dentures after covering charges for the temporary set. I was told you only have 1 year & I better get moving because my time was up on April 8th. When I called my dentist they said we have just enough time. Thank You Samantha & NCD for putting the Smile back on my face!😁👌⏳

Christine was very well informed, chatted a little while waiting for things to go through, answered all my questions and knows her stuff. Excellent Customer Service rep, especially on a Friday right before she would be leaving for the day.

October P was professional, courteous and quickly answered my questions.

I called to get information about my insurance coverage. October was very kind and listened, then answered everything I wanted to know. She is very knowledgable. I think October is the best person I’ve experienced to understand my needs and follow through.

Samantha is the perfect example of EXCELLENT Customer Service. She made my heart happy talking with her. Efficient, Gracious and Competent. I hope I get her every time I call in. Should be a trainer.

October was extremely helpful. She was able to break down what individual providers were covered by my policy under one roof so I know which of the doctors there are authorized to treat me. Thank you so very much for taking the time out to help me.
