October was just terrific she answered all my questions

It was a pleasure this morning being attended to by October ❣️ She was very patient with me when I asked her to please repeat herself because I am hard of hearing. She took the time to search to be see if an optical provider that I wanted accepted my vision plan. That provider was not found. However, she reassured me that my plan was a good one and that if my desire was to go there, that it would be covered!
She is an excellent employee to have for representation! Thank you!

My agent October was very helpful in responding to my needs. She offered to assist in an unrelated issue by asking if their anything else she could further assist with. It is employee like October offering great customer service that adds value to a company and satisfied customers. It is my wish that October is given recognition for her great customer support.
