Anj gave an excellent customer service, giving lots of help and insight on the best tiling options to fit my needs. She spent lots of time running through the different styles and even offered tea and coffee.

The space in the store where you can sit down and try different combinations gives a stress free way of playing around and finding out the best solutions for your bathroom.

Paint ordered online - arrived quickly and well packaged to avoid damage

Although APC messed up on delivery as I had to delay delivery by a day which I did online and then they lost the parcel which took them 2 days to find!

1. I ordered tiles, adhesive and trims online on a Saturday but it took until the following Wednesday to tell me they didn't have stock. They offered an alternative which I accepted which was slightly more expensive but they agreed to sell these at the same price.
2. The communication from their couriers is abysmal. I received an email 8/1 saying that part of the order would be delivered on the 13/1. The following day I received an email saying that it was out for delivery and it was delivered 20mins later, fortunately I was at home. On the following Monday I contacted T&C to get an ETA for the rest of the order but all they could tell me was it had been sent but could arrive anytime that week! At 12.45 I got an email to say it was out for delivery and it arrived an hour later. Unfortunately I was out so the driver had to leave £150 worth of goods on my drive. I wouldn't have minded but I was charged £50 for this "service".

We had excellent, helpful advice and service from Nikki and Karl at the Cardiff store with our purchase.
I couldn’t recommend them both highly enough and we will definitely be visiting again.

The order arrived next day unbroken thank you so much top company

Bought shower tray and enclosures in December after staff guidance and assurance that water would stay within the shower area. The enclosures were installed (deflectors still not installed) and water is escaping everywhere, so the setup is not working as expected.

Worse, I ordered a deflector on 10 December and was told it would arrive in a few days. It still has not arrived and I have made multiple trips to the store, each time being told it will be there soon. Very inconvenient and disappointing experience overall.

Fantastic company to deal with. Unfortunately my order was severely damaged by the courier, but within 2 days was sent out replacements that thankfully arrived intact. Their customer service team over email were very helpful in sorting this.

Excellent experience thanks to Upali (Bubba)

The tiles I required were discontinued and he took it upon himself to find as near a match out of the hundreds on site. He gave up his time to discuss details around trim measurements and even the grout. The biggest challenge for me was the tight deadline for the delivery, he took it upon himself to organise delivery and comms while in store. Top service and nice bloke, will have me back if he's still there.

The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. We had both Andrew and Bubba serve us. They were so friendly and knowledgable. Helping us with tips and advice. Nothing was too much for them. I would recommend this business to anyone based on the customer service alone.
