Excellent service delivered by friendly and professional people
I've been using Neathouse services for over 4 years now for employment and HR advice. Have to say it was a great decision. I have found them extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. Their response time has been excellent too which is extremely important when you have an issue and you need advice and guidance quickly. We are a small team but knowing there is someone there to help you when there is a problem with a member of staff or you just need some general advice, is invaluable.

Im appalled at this company
Im appalled at this company. Last year before my annual renewal I was refused advice and assistance even though I had paid for their services in advance. Because of this I refused to renew and pay their invoice, now they are threatening me with legal action for being in a 3 year contract even though they refused their services at the end of the second year.
Avoid this company, they are not trading fairly or honestly.

These clowns tried to extort and extra year out of me for no reason whatsoever.
They even issued proceedings then withdrew them.
They are a bunch of con artists and are not in the slightest bit interested in customer service.
