This would be a 5 star rating, if the delivery company were better. Neom candles are first class, as are the lovely customer service team. I bought 3 large candles on offer, and Evri not only fail... Toon meer
Hello- I had a weird experience with Neom Cosy Nights Candle 3 wick . Never had this happen before and we love, love your candles. 2 out of the 3 wicks disappeared with about 2 inches of candle still... Toon meer

My initial order from Neom did not arrive due to issues with Evri.
I called Neom’s customer service team who were fantastic and replaced my order without any fuss. The item arrived within a couple of days.

I originally bought directly from NEOM via their TikTok page, but unfortunately the item wasn’t delivered even though it was marked as delivered. I contacted NEOM by email to explain what had happened, and every member of the team I spoke to was fantastic. Flo in particular showed excellent customer service and was so helpful throughout the process. Thank you, NEOM — my replacement pod arrived today and I can’t wait to try it out ☺️☺️

Love NEOM products but love their attention to customers even more! I received a beat up box from the delivery service and a product was missing! Ellie, with NEOM, was prompt to my email and concerns!! Immediately i was contacted and within a couple of days my product was on its way to me!! Thais was most helpful when my parcel did not arrive. She got onto the problem immediately and came back with many apologies saying the parcel had got lost with the courier. She promised to get a new parcel out which then came very quickly Thank you for dealing with the problem so quickly and efficiently. I’m very grateful.

Horrible. Paid 200$ for a comb already which is a ripoff. Then they without telling me charge me an extra 50$ for no reason. Would not refund it or return it without paying that extra 50$. Shipping was free above 55$ purchase but they still wnd up trying to charge you. STAY AWAY. Customer service takes 2 days to return emails

The customer service team at Neom Wellbeing are fantastic to deal with! Flo, Georgia and Thais were all integral to resolving my issue of receiving a damaged diffuser that was to be a Christmas gift. The representative, Flo, was extremely understanding and immediately looked into and subsequently resolved the issue. I ordered a gift box which included a black pod mini but I wanted the white one instead. I emailed the customer service team to see if this was possible and Ellie was so incredibly helpful in getting the issue sorted. As soon as I could show her proof that I had returned the black pod mini she sent me the white one and made sure it was a priority so that I received it in time for Christmas. She was really responsive and went above and beyond.
