This would be a 5 star rating, if the delivery company were better. Neom candles are first class, as are the lovely customer service team. I bought 3 large candles on offer, and Evri not only fail... Toon meer
Hello- I had a weird experience with Neom Cosy Nights Candle 3 wick . Never had this happen before and we love, love your candles. 2 out of the 3 wicks disappeared with about 2 inches of candle still... Toon meer

Have used NEOM products for years, from bath and body to candles and various home fragrance options - all of which are repeat purchases.
I recently had an issue regarding a mini pod which developed a problem with the oil housing mechanism. To add - the mini pods are amazing! They are of course designed to be portable and move from room to room - but I like everything to have a place and everything to be in a place … so have 10 dotted around - plus have over time, purchased an additional 4 for gifting. So, feel I can recommend the product as well as testify this is a one off issue with the mechanism on one particular pod.
Customer services could not have been more helpful. Firstly replying to the initial information request email immediately, in so doing, offering advice on possible remedies, and solutions to sourcing a replacement part. As the offending part was not in stock, arrangements were then made to send a full replacement. The customer service advisors Flo and Ellie have been amazing in following through, keeping me informed via email throughout the whole process. They have been a credit to the company and it is hoped their dedication to task and professionalism throughout the process will be recognised should it be company policy to hold staff reviews/appraisals.

Brilliant customer service from Flo, Ellie and Lauren. No problem is too big for them to sort out. Had many issues with defective tortoiseshell pod luxe and they replaced and exchanged to the white pod luxe as per my request. Also sorted out delivery issues with ease. Very pleased. Lovely company with great quality products.

Original package was held by the delivery company for 3 days before they returned to sender without a delivery attempt. I contacted customer services. They organised a replacement to be sent out and I received this a couple of days later. Brilliant service. Also the items I bought for a Christmas present smell amazing. Impressed with the quality and I am sure the person receiving them will love them.

I contacted customer service about a free candle offer I signed to but never received, they responded very quickly (especially considering it's a busy time days before Christmas) and posted me the candle. Which was really nice as it was originally an offer to pick up in store, so they made it easier for me to get thw candle and resolved my query.

Amazing customer service (Ellie) - order purchased and delivered in November discovered on unpacking for Christmas wrapping on December 23rd to have cracked leaking bottle not apparent from outside. Contacted neom customer services more in hope than expectation who responded immediately with promise to dispatch a replacement as a priority - absolutely fantastic

Good products. Ordered on line and received goods promptly. Their delivery tracking hadn't informed Neom who thought I hadn't received products so they sent a replacement! I was told to keep it as a complimentary gift!

Ordered a Christmas offer with the NEOM pod and oils, there was a slight mix up in the order I received but customer services were absolutely brilliant and the whole problem resolved quickly and efficiently. Always use neom oils and diffusers and was so excited to be able to share this as a Christmas gift this year!

As I have moved house it auto filled in my old post code which I didn't realize. When I called customer care and spoke to Lauren she explained this and sent me a replacement order as a priority.
