I love my new bed. The fabrics are great and it was customized to my taste. The service was great (from clarifying doubts on the phone to the delivery and assembly). Two things I would suggest improvements on: (1) I got the gas lift ottoman bed but it is still a little difficult to pull up (I have a similar one from another brand that is a little easier) and (2) the string to pull the bed up could be nicer (on my other comparable bed i have a metal piece that is a bit more elegant). But these are minor points vs the amazing bed I got! Thank you, Nero team

My girlfriend and I recently ordered The Swash Bed with custom fabric along with a mattress from Nero Living, and we couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

We were skeptical at first given the competitive pricing and overly positive views on Trustpilot, but now we understand why.

From our very first interaction, the customer service was outstanding - incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful. Considering we ordered a custom piece, the lead time was surprisingly fast (c. three weeks).

On delivery day, the team was brilliant. They were so friendly and worked with incredible speed and efficiency - handling the delivery and complete installation in around 40 minutes from arrival to departure.

The product itself is high-spec and built to an amazingly high standard. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced this level of premium service alongside such exceptional product quality. It is genuinely refreshing, and we could not recommend Nero Living highly enough!

Great communication and responsive to all questions. The company was able to re-enforce the bed frame to hold a heavier matters. Only issue was 2 screws did not align with the gas lift mechanism but the bed still feels sturdy. Great design and endless material and colour options.

Top service from start to finish. We ordered the moon bed it was totally different to anything we'd seen in bed shops and it fit our space requirements. Issue with delivery but they went above and beyond to get it sorted. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Great service from start to finish. The service was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The driver should have a special mention he was great and kept me informed throughout the delivery. The headboard is well made and the material great. Have ordered extra material to have a blind made to match —I would highly recommend.

After reading the reviews here we ended up purchasing the Nautilus mattress and the mademoiselle bed. The mattress is breathable, supportive and comfortable. You can tell by the seamless design of the mattress it is of high quality.
The bed has that soft luxury look which is perfect for a minimalistic setting. You can tell it’s sturdy and well made.
Delivery arrived on the date stated. The driver Danny left it in our room of choice. Would recommend this company 10/10 for me!

Decided to take the leap and go for the witney bed. Completely transformed my bedroom giving it that premium feel. Excellent communication throughout. Top company 👍

Ordered our beds for each bedroom and certainly not dissapointed. Had to adjust some dimensions for the headboards and they were more than happy to accomodate for that. Had to wait slightly longer due to the dimension adjustment but got emails to keep me updated. Anyhow delivered by the friendly drivers and assembled. Love the beds and love the quality with great attention to detail

Ordered a carlo floating bed from Nero for my main bedroom. Went for the manhattan tweed colour and chose the assembly option. Adam who i spoke to was so friendly and everything was delivered on the date stated. Absolutely love the bed. Love the premium feel of the fabric and it just goes with my decor

I was searching for a bed base for ages that was contemporary, had impact and British. So happy we went with Nero Living, our bed is beautiful!

The service from start to finish was 10 out of 10. We ordered the free fabric samples, that made the selection and colour choice easy.
We then wanted some adjustments to our chosen headboard and this was no problem at all.
Adam communicated well with us and it was executed beautifully- so happy!
We also added the gas lift that provides so much needed storage.
The only thing I would say is to maybe add the assembly service. It’s not very hard but we did have to watch a YouTube tutorial when it came to the gas lift section.

We would definitely recommend this company to anybody considering a new bed frame and headboard.
