I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole as my lactation consultant for almost a year now, and I can't say enough about how much she's helped me on my breastfeeding journey. From the very first session, I felt incredibly supported and understood. Nicole created an environment where I felt completely comfortable and never judged, which made all the difference in the world.

Booking appointments has been a breeze and I appreciate how time-friendly and respectful of my schedule each session has been. Every minute spent is valuable.

I only wish I had found this level of guidance during my first experience with breastfeeding. Nest has been a true lifesaver, offering not only practical advice but also the emotional support I need. I’m beyond grateful to have found Nest and to have Nicole in my corner! Breastfeeding is hard; this platform and the women apart of Nest are angels. Thank you

Well explanatory

Emphatic and knowledgeable lactation consultant. My appointment was very informative and she answered all my questions.
The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I had some problems receiving the registration email and then I got called twice to confirm my appointment that was already confirmed. Text or email notifications are useful, an add to calendar button would be great.

Easy to connect to calls via Zoom, willingness to answer questions and explain in depth if there is a misunderstanding. Very friendly and inviting.

I was looking for advice on breastfeeding my second child. The lactation consultant seemed to brush off a lot of my questions and focus on why I’m asking the questions instead of answering them. I didn’t feel comfortable. I also told her about some medications I’m on that have been approved by my OB and endocrinologist, and she kept telling me I’m not supposed to take those. I mentioned that the medication was approved by two doctors, but she kept insisting I am wrong. Again, I felt uncomfortable. I will most likely not use Nest again.

My experience with Angelica was very influential and exciting! She taught me many things I had no idea about! She’s very knowledgeable and I recommend her to all the New mothers (like myself)

Quick response rate and scheduling. I’m a new mom and breastfeeding was a challenge, being able to speak to such a knowledgeable professional quickly was helpful.

I love how friendly and knowledgeable my lactation consult is. She put all my worries to ease and gave me comprehensive and thorough answers to any question I had. I feel much more at ease now after talking to her.

I've been using nest prior to giving birth, and my son is almost 10 months old. Each visit, I had a difference consultant and they have all been SPECTACULAR! I have no complaints, there's always someone available and they're all very knowledgeable.

The guidance and responses to my questions and concerns were helpful, with actionable steps that I could do or try out.
I’ve always had a great experience with all my nest appointments and all the lactation consultants I’ve worked with. My breastfeeding journey has gone as well as I could’ve hoped for and I have nest lactation consultants to thank and give so much credit to.

It was easy to schedule appointments. The lactation consultants were very helpful at the beginning as I had low milk supply and delayed. Their recommendations really helped increased the milk supply. However supply plateaued after week 3. But they just kept telling me to keep doing what I was doing already. I wished I knew sooner that I could request a specific consultant that I preferred, I saw 4 different ones in 5 weeks. If I had kept on the same one, I think it would’ve helped with consistency in plan of care and communication.

My consult is very nice and answers all my questions. She is patient and takes time to educate me in things I have questions on .

How understanding the lactation consultant was. I was supposed to have two appointments before having my son but due to complications with my pregnancy, we were only able to schedule one. She tried her best to fit in two info sessions worth of info so I was as prepared as possible.

Very informative and gave multiple ways to feed baby

Each specialist I’ve met with keeps it real, while being kind, supportive and informative. I walk away each time feeling like I’ve got new tools to work with.
