From the start of the process of looking at what we could afford to completion on our house Razia was amazing. Always available to answer any questions (even the silliest), and very proactive, she went over and beyond when looking after us. Ania was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much for her. Ania also recommended a solicitor and Alex was amazing too.
Any emails I sent were always replied within the same day or most of the time within the hr.
Ania would also check in when we were house searching to see how things were going and offered her advice if needed.

I can’t recommend Ania enough. This was my first house purchase but I had nearly gone through with a purchase earlier in the year with an online mortgage broker and the difference was night and day. Ania was always so easy to reach, incredibly responsive and actioned things straight away. Within a matter of days I had my mortgage offer, whereas it had taken several weeks with the online broker. As a first time buyer the process seemed daunting and uncertain however as soon as I started working with Ania I was clear on what I needed to do and what to expect. At every stage Ania was phenomenal and the process of getting a mortgage with Nest was so smooth and I was always given the very best information and what would work best for me. Razia was such an amazing support for us as first time buyers, especially at a time which is so stressful.
