Avoid buying from them and their predatory return polices
I was a long time customer buying many thousands of dollars in bourbon from this company for years. yesterday I purchased a bottle of bourbon and immediately realized I had already purchased this same bottle a few months ago. Withing in minutes of realizing my error I reached out to Nestor and asked to cancel the order. They charged me a 10% fee to cancel the order. I will never purchase another item for this store and cancelled another order from them that I had placed earlier in the day. there are many customer friendly stores that have much better customer service than Nestors.
