Y’all been good for online site with packaging & service but Pricing way too high though for secondary. Patience is key in this game. I’ll support when I can.

I wasn’t able to sign for the package when it was being delivered because I was working during those hours…it was then returned and I wasn’t even reimbursed!!…I understand not being reimbursed for the delivery fee, but not for the bottle I did not receive. I will NEVER order from Nestor Liquor again.

Found a few Bourbons that I’ve only heard of. Fast expensive shipping!

Some of the prices are fair and some are a little higher than others but it is easy to order.

Placed an order earlier this week for an item with a 1k price tag, wanted to reorder at same price and it went up $200 in a couple of days, asked if I could get a price match, they sent a $15 off coupon. No thanks. Then had an issue when on the website revisiting the same product and trying a coupon code and while putting in a code, the system automatically placed an order before I even finished putting in the code, emailed a cancelation request and was told 10% fee to cancel order (sent the email within 1 minute of issue). Now I'm getting hit with an approximate $105 cancel fee, was told to expect an email about refund minus the cancel fee, then I receive an email that it is shipping! You can't make this up!
Their website appears to have an issue and I am paying the price literally. So now I don't know if my order was cancelled and will get a refund minus a BS $105 charge or I will be getting price gouged an extra $200 for something I no longer want. I shall take my business elsewhere, I work way too hard to get ripped off and aggravated like this.
Oh, and it just got better, while sending this review I received a reply that now that a label was printed they want to charge a 25% restocking fee, so now they want to charge me $250 to restock AND $105 cancellation fee on a 1k order!!?? See the AI Reply below that I just received:

Item I was notified about was still instock and available to purchase. Checkout was easy! Only suggestion would be to select a pick up location at checkout, instead of waiting all day for UPS to make delivery, or muss delivery due to being at work when they stop. Ability to select a UPS pickup point for signature delivery would make experience 100% better!
