It's the first time I've used New Era for heating oil and they were brilliant. Ordered direct, great price straight off, paid by direct transfer and the oil was delivered 5 days later. Easy, job done.
We ordered 500L of fuel via Boilerjuice. The tanker came a day early but left without leaving any paperwork. When we checked the tank it was empty. The tanker pretended to deliver some fuel but delivered nothing (we have absolute proof of this). New Era then supplied Boilerjuice with a fake proof of delivery and a printout from the tanker which had the wrong time on it - clearly a deliberate fraud. We are now taking Boilerjuice to court to recoup our money. I wouldn't trust New Era fuels, they have effectively defrauded both us and Boilerjuice who deny anything is amiss. You can imagine just how completely absurd that is given our tank was empty.
First time with New Era Fuels and excellent service. Quick delivery - three days after order, and a very considerate driver. Well satisfied.
Once again fantastic service from New Era, superb service delivered on time and all very friendly, thank you! Will definitely be ordering again! AAAAA+++++

Brilliant service. I can't say enough. Very helpful, expedient. We had just moved here without any oil being left in the tank. It was winter and a very busy time but they took extra effort to fit us into a busy schedule. Did two visits within one week. Thank you!!

I have now had two deliveries from New Era. On both occasions the delivery was trouble-free and the delviery driver was efficient and polite. I needed to speak to the New Era office to sort out some queries that I had and also some problems with my credit card. The office staff to whom I spoke were, again, highly efficient and polite, sorting out my problems satisfactorily.

I called them direct after having a previous delivery through a comparison site. Easy to talk to, very helpful and the price was better too. Delivery was done a lot sooner than expected. I did recieve a text the night before and again after delivery, I thought that was great. Delivery was before half 7 am and I didn't hear a thing so very grateful.

Have since my last complaint Regarding New Era Fuels had a delivery from WCF Chandlers del was spot on to my marking gauge. Confirming my short delivery.
Bad oil company ripp you off and take for ever to refund you money and charge you £20 for under delivery go elsewhere
Horrific service - phone lines don't work (just cut you off after the IVR), nobody reads the contact emails sent and quite frankly I'd NEVER order anything from them again.
Even after calling my mobile phone and arranging a delivery for today, New Era haven't bothered. I've waited in all day and tried to make contact at 5pm but no contact method works, not even the number they called me from. It's Good Friday tomorrow, then the weekend, and then a Bank Holiday Monday - so at a guess I won't hear a word from this terrible company until Tuesday at the earliest - so my two year old will now have a cold bedroom in case we run out of oil due to this company's negligence.
If you say you're going to do something - you damn-well do what you've said you're going to do. If you've set an unrealistic expectation, then contact the customer and explain the situation. Don't just leave the people who pay your salary to fend for themselves.
Honestly - I'm upset.
Brought fuel and PAID at 82p per litre they didn’t deliver now they want 98p and are saying it’s my fault as fuel had gone up. Note I paid for my fuel at 82p

Quick next day delivery service provided. Andy Gray the delivery driver was efficient and polite when dispensing the fuel

These guys have been delivering through the drifts , blizzards and extreme cold with the February freeze, hat off to you all , great job very pleasant driver's and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer regardless of the weather and dangers imposed by it

I ordered a100 litres of kerosene from boiler juice ( if you are smart , don’t ever use them ) - they told me new era was the supplier. Impossible to find out when the kerosene would be deliver. Several days later , Monday , humongous lorry arrives, no warning , no text , and I end up loading it off the truck. Screw them . Don’t ever use them - you have been warned.
Have ordered though boiler juice three times and been given new era as the supplier. All three times they did not deliver on the day they had specified. They do not ring or let you know they are not coming. By 4pm nobody answers phones and you have to wait till the next day. They then try to tell you you have to wait for them to arrange another delivery slot. They used the same excuse that thei lorry had broken down on all three occasions. Terrible company, terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
Absolute abhorrent service. I placed and order and paid upfront. 1 week later another payment of £177 was taken from my account. I was told that £177 would take 5 days to be refunded, I was in Italy (my partners birthday) when we have to purchase new tickets due lockdown and airports. I asked for money to be transferred immediately as the situation was desperate. They did on the terms that once the original payment was to be refunded back to them which I agreed. That money never appeared in my account. I called recently to make a new purchase, I recieved a call form the FD. He told me as I threatened to go to social media when the original problem occurred. that my business was not welcomed EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM ORIGINATED BY THEM TAKING 2 PAYMENTs OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR 1 BARREL. So will now move on my promise and give New Era a negative review. If this is how they treat customers I have no problem in recommending the many other companies that do fuel and deliver in the area. A sham and rude company with a total dick head of an FD.
