Marielle helped me with my newly named kit. I had a few documents that were wrong because of not being able to put a middle name when I started. And she was on it. Great customer service! Newly Named Box is just what I needed to help me get things together to make sure I could get everything changed with my new last name. I ended up purchasing one for me and my friend at the same time. Unfortunately, the system is not made for purchasing two boxes in one order at this time (something they are working on), I sent a message to customer service and got immediate help. Irene made sure that I knew I was not alone in this frustration and offered a quick solution to help me. She made a frustrating process seem like it was just another day and it made me feel heard. She quickly provided me with the information I needed so I did not feel like I was out of $99 after purchasing the second box wrong. It was so easy to fix and then I found out the Newlynamed site is even easier to use. I commend the workers at newly named, taking the stress out of stressful life changes.

The customer support at newlynamed is phenomenal! I worked with both Marielle and Irene. They were so quick to respond and help me convert my order to a gift card for my granddaughter. The mistake was totally my fault but they got it fixed for me.

I was having a terrible time navigating my name change with TSA precheck before I realized that I had 1:1 support from NewlyNamed. So even though I ordered and finalized my box a few months ago I was able to email my question and Marielle got back to me before I got off of hold trying to figure it out myself! I have utilized the 1:1 email support and have had amazing results.

I am so impressed with this company. I am in the process of reverting to my maiden name for a number of reasons. Even before I signed on with newlynamed, Irene, one of the customer service representatives got me started in the right direction. From my zip code, she provided me with the exact process I needed to pursue. Based on Irene's advice, I went to my family court and the legal process unfolded perfectly. Within a week, my paperwork was done. Now I am eager to receive my newlynamed resource box so I can tackle the notifications I need to make. As a not-very-organized person, I am thrilled to have a roadmap for the next steps. What a relief to have this support!

This was so easy to make an account and receive the proper documents to help me change my name newlynamed also includes how to change your name on account I didn't even think of. While going through the process of making my account I have several questions and their support team was amazing! I spoke with Irene who replied to my email well within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to speak with a robot or have to jump through hoops to try ti speak to an actual person. Shout-out to Irene for the amazing work and helping to make my stress levels go waaayy down.
