Quick and efficient provision of storage batteries. Three weeks from order to working system and immediately saving money using Optopus Go overnight charging.

Rob was very helpful answering all my questions

Rob came on time to go through a quote, quickly and efficiently.
Installed a few weeks later. Installation was completed in no time at all.
The whole process was stress free
Would recommend

From start to finish the team was informative honest and reliable,. would recommend this company to friends and family,.thanks again guys at newpower

The process went really well from the initial consultation by Rob Gledhill who explained the process and expectations throughout. The installation was fully complete in a day with 25 panels, inverter and battery storage. The system is providing more electric than usage which is being fed back to the grid which will offset some of the cost

Really clear and polite sales talk with the initial chat. What I liked was that they emailed or messaged to set up the chat. So many other solar companies just cold call you from unrecognised numbers. This felt more personal. Steven was great with his advice and then Joe came round to the house for a proper inspection. Reports made it so clear what you would expect to generate and the price was very competitive. Installation dates were quick and the turnaround for MCS certificates were pretty good too. Only slight issue was with scaffolders who caused a slight bit of damage. These were externally sourced and Joe went out of his way to rectify things very quickly. Good aftercare. Would highly recommend

There was no hard sell,Rob managed to answer all my questions, they installed the panels fairly quickly, they arrived on time worked professionally and tidy up after them self the panels look lovely I'm very happy with them and they work very well

We had a fantastic experience with Newpower from start to finish. After receiving five different quotations for solar panels, Rob, who represented the company, came to our home and clearly stood out from the rest. He offered the most competitive price while also proposing more modern and efficient equipment than the other options we were considering. What impressed us most was his dedication he followed up regularly by phone and text, and even came back to the site to ensure everything was progressing smoothly.

The installation itself was handled by their lead engineer, Mick, who did an outstanding job. He was extremely careful, professional, and made sure every detail of the installation was perfect before leaving. It was clear he takes great pride in his work.

I also want to mention Joe, the manager, who was very professional, cooperative, and supportive throughout the process. It was reassuring to know the project was backed by such a well-organized and responsive team.

Overall, the whole Newpower team was wonderful to work with professional, punctual, supportive, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality result.

We highly recommend Newpower to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solar installation team that delivers excellent service and great value. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2 weeks from initial enquiry to a fully functioning system. The install itself only took half a day and the engineers did a great job. The system works incredibly well and as described prior to purchase.
