Ordered shoes on March 11th 2023. Today is May 11th and still no update; it's still on 'backorder'. What is that. Have messaged them more than a week ago and no response. I paid 340€ in total. One would expect premium service for that money.

Ordered through one of their retail partners in Australia from - Gothic Footwear Australia - and my boots arrived quicker than expected. Tracking sent to me the next day and I didn't believe it at first being a first time customer and all the scams out there, but within the week they were already at my door having come from Spain. Really happy.

edit: 09/03/23 got a friendly update via email that my item needs to be made and will begin shipping at the end of the month, hopefully it will arrive soon I will update my review again once it has arrived.

edit : 22/03/23 have had an email informing me it is being shipped and expected for the 27th. :)

Final update?: got the jacket but its the wrong color... waiting for their response

Ordered boots that were back ordered and were allegedly sent 1.5 months later. Have not arrived and FedEx can’t find them. Then emailed their customer service and have never heard back. Having to go thru my credit card to request chargeback. Don’t order from this site.

I bought a 250€ pair of New rock from this website.
They sent me a pair of shoes where you clearly have some details made in different materials from one shoe to the other one!
It seems as if they put two different kind of shoes in the same box!
Plus, the color from the inside was not the one I ordered (even though I like it anyway, but still a mistake).

I have been sending emails since the shoes arrived to ask about this issue, 4 or 5 emails already, they are totally ghosting me!

The shipoing was quite fast. I ordered my shoes on the 1st of December and they arrived on the 12th. The shoes were in mint condition. Not broken like some of the reviews here say. I got my order confirmation and receipts for payment the moment I was done with the payment. For shipping I chose the standard DHL shipping that was free for orders over certain cost.
Many reviews here say the shop is not trustworthy and a scam but I suspect those people may not have ordered from the real New Rock site but from some piracy site as I had no troubles with the order, quality or customer service. Although to be on the safe side I did buy my shoes using a credit card with online shopping safety service.

i really like their boots but their service is so bad i had to stop buying from them.you will not be able to get in contact with anyone from the company. Waited 3 weeks just for an order to be shipped then as soon as it was processed the order was cancelled . they make good low quality boots, very overpriced and their customer service is horrible.

J'ai appelé le service client au bout de 45j qui m'a dit que les chaussures prenaient 60j pour êtres faites
J'ai finalement bien reçu ma commande dans les temps
Finalement ça s'est bien terminé pour moi :)
Ils font leurs chaussures à la commande et c'est pour cette raison que ça peut prendre pas mal de temps

J'ai achetée des chaussures qui étaient marquée disponible et en réalité ils ne les auront pas avant 1 mois et demi ! C'est une honte d'encaisser l'argent des gens alors que vous êtes dans l'incapacité de le livrer

I’ve ordered them 2 months ago. They said they would ship them on august 20th. It is now September 4th and still no update. Wish I had read the reviews.

Pedí una talla equivocada y a pesar de que por ser agosto (vacaciones) he tenido que esperar bastante, me han solucionado el problema y me han ayudado mucho y han sido amables. Lo agradezco

Il s'agit de ma première expérience d'achat sur le site. Avant de passer commande, j'avais regardé les avis ici (dont beaucoup de négatifs qui m'avaient un peu refroidi).

Dans mon cas, heureusement, tout s'est passé sans encombre. J'ai reçu les chaussures une semaine après ma commande (via FedEx International Economy avec numéro de suivi), conformes à ce qui était attendu (état neuf analogue aux photos du site, pointure respectée). Noter que quand je l'ai commandé, mon modèle était marqué "en stock", donc je n'ai pas eu à attendre 45 jours comme pour d'autres modèles et je ne parle donc que pour mon cas précis.

J'ai payé par carte bancaire en ligne. J'ai cru avoir été escroqué au départ, puisque ma carte a été immédiatement débitée sans qu'on m'envoie la facture ! J'étais sur le point de contacter le service client quand elle m'a été envoyée par mail (trois jours après le débit), puis j'ai reçu le numéro de suivi de mon colis le lendemain, par mail à nouveau. La livraison (FedEx) a été parfaite.

En fin de compte, tout s'est bien passé en ce qui me concerne. En revanche, comme je n'ai pas eu affaire au service client, je ne peux pas confirmer ou invalider les autres avis (très nombreux et principalement négatifs) à son sujet.

J'ai commandé il y a 7 mois... deux relances et aucune réponse... Je pense qu'il s'agit d'une arnaque.
Comme j'avais déjà commandé par le passé , je me demande si l'entreprise (En fait il ne s'agit que d'un revendeur non agréé) n'est pas en grande difficulté et incapable d'honorer ses commandes.
j'ai demandé la résiliation et me réserve de déposer une plainte.

¡Estoy muy contento con el servicio de atención al cliente! Pedí una talla demasiado grande. Creo que la talla es un poco incorrecta, por lo que es importante usar esta guía de tallas antes de realizar el pedido para que no tenga que devolverlas como hice yo para una nueva talla.

Si vas al pie de página de su sitio web, hay un enlace a "Guía de Tallas". Esta guía de tallas es muy precisa y puedes medir tu pie en cm para que no haya errores sobre cuál es tu talla. Deberían hacer un enlace a esto en cada producto. Nunca vi ese enlace hasta después.

Así que me ayudaron a devolver los zapatos y pedí un par nuevo con la talla correcta. Estoy muy contento de lo fácil que fue el proceso. Estoy contento con las botas y contento con el servicio al cliente.

So I made two orders in total. The first ones were boots on platform bought in May and I loved the design and they were comfortable. After few months (2-3) of wearing them I have noticed a crack in the sole, which quickly expanded and the shoe became unwearable. I asked for a refund, but after ~1month of communication with support I got only partial refund.

Second offer was made for a product with a Discount, it said that it was worn but without major issues. When they came it turned out that one of the boots was sawn so crookedly, that just looked very ugly...

So do not buy discounted products and if you get a product of low quality try hard to get a refund.

Great website and very fast delivery. Customer service answers quickly.
I ordered my shoes in Spain got them shipped to the USA and received then in only 4 days.
Some reviews complain about making orders that were not fulfilled but they warn you on their terms of service that they reserve the right to not fulfill an order and to make sure the product is available if you want to be sure to have it because if you pre-order, the shoe must manufactured and they may not do it. Also for size complaints make sure you are getting women size if a woman and men size for men.
It is easy to go from one category to another when looking at shoes. A man's size 5 is a women's size 7 I think.
So be careful of these things and you will be glad and people read websites terms of use before ordering.

I am pleased with the quality of the product. Can say that the shipping was fast and I could actually track the precise location of the parcel, unlike some other stores.

J'ai commandé des chaussures sur le site de New Rock.
J'ai pu recevoir les produits mais... l'état était loin d'être satisfaisant!
1/ chaussures abimées et de mauvaise qualité (très différente d'autres paires achetées il y a plusieurs années). Clairement un cuir et des semelles de très mauvaises qualités.
2/ Délai très long, j'ai dû les spammer pour qu'enfin ils envoient ma commande.
3/ Ils ont mis TOUS les produits dans la boite des chaussures (donc ça a participé à les abimer).
4/ Il manquait des produits d'entretien dans la commande.
5/ Il est impossible de faire une demande de retour car il est demandé de cocher une case qui n'existe pas.

Me voilà donc réduit à négocier avec paypal pour me faire rembourser mes 200€.

Je confirme donc que NEW ROCK (quel que soit le vendeur --> France, le site officiel en espagne, paris...) est devenu une marque cheap et mauvaise à souhait qu'il faut absolument éviter. Ils n'ont plus rien à voir avec ce qu'ils étaient et faisaient il y a quelques années encore.

Première expérience sur ce site. Site espagnol (anglais possible) j’ai commandé une paire de boots durant le black friday pour le Noël de mon fils. Belle promo. Commande passée le 18 novembre. Avec livraison gratuite. Début décembre je vois toujours ma commande en statut processing. J’envoie un mail (en français) pour savoir où ça en est. Pas de réponse . Aux alentours du 15 décembre je demande à ma fille bilingue en espagnol d’appeler le service client. Une dame charmante explique que les chaussures sont « handmade » ce qui signifie qu’elles sont produites à la demande et qu’il faut compter 45 jours de fabrication. Effectivement je n’avais pas fait attention à cette mention. Elle demande si on préfère annuler la commande car la date d’envoi est prévue le 2 janvier, donc je ne les aurais pas à Noël. Elle en est désolée. Ce n’est pas grave je décide de conserver ma commande. 2 jours après je reçois un mail (en réponse à mon mail) qui confirme l’envoi le 1 et janvier.
Et je ne sais pas si c’es l’appel téléphonique qui a fait quelque chose mais le 21 décembre je reçoit un mail de DHL qui me dit que le colis est en cours. J’ai reçu les chaussures le 24 décembre . Pile poils pour Noël. Parfait.
Donc pour moi une très bonne expérience pour de très beaux boots, un service client ( par téléphone) au top et adorable. Les délais d’envois sont long mais c’est compréhensible puisque fabriquées à la demande. Je n’hésiterai pas à recommander sur ce site et je remercie encore la charmante personne qui nous a répondu .
