I really wish I had read these reviews before I purchased two pairs of boots. I bought these in August, costing £500 altogether and it is now November and I still have not got my refund

Sizes are completely inconsistent - I purchased two pairs of boots both a size 41 and there was about 10cm difference between both (one slightly too small the other about 6 sizes too big) I am a size uk 7.7 and my husband could get his size 10 feet in them completely fine and there was still room.
The size written on the boots is completely wrong and does not match the boots
The sizing chart does not compare to the footwear sizes
You claim a product is "custom made" after it is purchased, but you do not notify a customer before they are buying a custom made product and then refuse to give a refund when there is an issue or fault with the product - stating its "custom made so you cant give me a refund"
Your terms and conditions do not match the wording on your purchase page - therefore are completely irrelevant.
The boots took almost 2 months to arrive with no prior warning.
Customer services are painfully slow to respond and require constantly chasing.
You constantly keep shifting the goalposts, you tell me to send my boots back to get a refund and then you refuse to give me all my cash back, with no prior warning and when the boots are back in your possession, you then retain a large amount of money, offering substantially less than I paid for them, with one person saying this is to cover the cost of you sending them to me in the first place and then one person saying its because you need to re sell them at a 30% reduction. - At least get your story straight!!
The costs to send the boots back are extremely overinflated, it cost me £35 just to send them back, and I had to organise a return through their website which I had to pay for, even though the boots are clearly faulty.
AND They still have not given me my £500 back!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I was a huge fan of New Rock since they first began. I own over 10 pairs of boots and shoes. My last pair was bought from blue banana after less than a year the entire sole fell away, I contacted blue banana and they told me to get into contact with new rocks. So I did. They told me that they could not help me as I do not have the receipt for them, and I paid cash, so blue banana does not have a record. So I could not prove that I bought them. Very very disappointed, as a loyal customer to be treated this way. They cost me £270 and they are just sitting in the cupboard.
Thanks NEWROCK will not be shopping from you anymore.

I love New Rock I currently have 18 pairs and still spending love the boots and the quality New Rock is still my number one shoe brand that I will stick to these are good boots and very comfortable boots and still keeping me up on my feet today warm and weatherproof for any day in the year.

I ordered bits and bobs for my NR boots on 11/01/21. The shipping time advised was 48 hours. They shipped my items after one week and I still did not receive them!!! Now they are not even bothering to reply to my emails. The status of my shipment is not updating for more than 3 weeks now, its still in Spain at a "clearance agency" and yet i do not see any action from them. I just asked for replacement of my order. Extremely frustrating, I receive orders from China in a week but until now its taking a month to receive it from Spain and still counting!!! The most ridiculous is that they blame all of this on BREXIT :-D

1 star is too generous. Firstly I ordered boots that arrived broke. So they replaced them and I was happy, then the second pair arrived broken too. It's been 3 months and it's almost impossible to get in contact with them, they refuse to refund me and I have a broken pair of boots is paid £250 for. Disgusting customer service, the lady on the phone even continued to shout at me because she didnt think I deserved a refund. I suggest to buy from and independent retailer.

Ordered a pair of High Boots from Newrock.com and I cannot fault them in anyway. Fantastic craftmanship and worth every penny. I had a pair about 15 years ago and decided to get another pair to add to my collection. Customer service was fantastic when I had to contact them and helped chase up my order which was delayed through no fault of those at NewRock. UPS being the problem as for some reason UPS cannot get their act together. Going by reviews on here and other sites, UPS are contenders for first place as the most awful carrier service. In saying that, I had no issues with receiving my boots once they hit my local depo, it was the shitstorm that ensued once they left Newrock HQ.
Over all a great experience with Newrock and I would highly recommend.

Ordered shoes for my daughter for Christmas. The money was debited from my account and the shoes never arrived. Tried contacting on numerous occasions. No replies. I believe it’s a scam site.

I made a order ,they didnt sent my order.
after i called them .they asked for a copy of money transfer from the bank. i had sent them ,they eat my money and sent nothing and not answered my call or email.
please stay away from this liares and thieves.

I made an order, paid my money. After two weeks I sent them an email asking if they got my order and the answer was no. They apparently didn’t even get my money. The customer service is great and very kind, but the rest is just really fishy. I don’t understand how it is possible to transfer money to them via their website and they never got it??? Very frustrating because their shoes aren’t cheap.

Blown away by not only the quality of their products but had an amazing experience with their customer service as well. Had ordered a pair custom made boots but they were missing a small detail. Contacted them and they send the missing detail the same day! Would buy from them again, 100%!
